I purchased a spin dryer last year, and initially, it worked perfectly fine. However, recently, it has started making extremely loud noises during use, to the point where it's unbearable. I contacted customer service via Amazon and was asked to call their provided number. After several failed attempts to get through, they gave me another number. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they assured me a technician would call to arrange a visit and repair the item.

Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this communication, and it’s been weeks now. The lack of response is highly frustrating, and I need this issue resolved. Either the dryer needs to be repaired, or I would like a refund or replacement item sent to me as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the after-sales service so far.

Ordered a spin dryer on Wednesday afternoon & it was delivered at 8 a.m Friday morning. Great communication from both White Knight Appliances & the carrier Parcel Force. I would definitely buy from this company again & will be recommending to family & friends.

I bought a vented dryer directly from the manufacturer. Delivery was smooth and as agreed. Communication with the company was on point.

I chose a White Knight dryer as I noticed a common theme amongst reports and stories on forums and review boards. The dryers don't seem to break. At their price range I was more than willing to put this to test. I hope my story will be as successful as others.

As for my dryer, I bought the C86A7W sensor vented dryer. I have using it for a month now. The program settings do exactly what they say. Could not be easier to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

There are very few integrated tumble dryers on the market and White Knight is a name I trust so bought one from them. It was delivered on time and the customer service was excellent. It fitted perfectly in the space already there and we were able to fit the cabinet door on the machine. It is much quieter than my previous tumble dryer and I have found it dries without creasing most items so saving on the ironing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Moved house at the end of last year and was gutted I could not take my tumble dryer with me as it was integrated. I thought I could make do without one in my new home, but no! Had two White Knight dryers before and they are reliable and reasonably priced. Never ordered direct from the manufacturer before, but was pleasantly surprised that the price was competitive and the service from ordering through to delivery was first class. They communicated every step clearly to me and it arrived when they said it would. Very pleased.

Ordered directly from White Knight for a replacement for our very old WK tumble dryer. Only needed a fairly basic full size machine with reverse action. The old machine had provided excellent service so stuck to a manufacturer we know and trust (and not made in China like so much is). Order deat with very promptly and delivered quicker than what was originally informed, so much the better. Can't fault the service or machine. We'll built, quiet and efficient, can't ask for more really, perfect!

This is my second White Knight tumble dryer, have found them to be reliable and the new model we ordered recently has auto-sensing which is a great feature and works really well. Really does seem to protect the clothes and avoid shrinkage. Great product, delivery times could be improved.

Ordered Monday morning delivered Tuesday morning. Happened so quick there was no Contact From Courier but luckily we were in and was exactly what we expected. Fantastic upgrade from our last dryer which has lasted us 10 years and was basically the older model. The old one sadly caught fire but not through the machines fault really nor lime those in the media. Obviously it hasn't put us off buying another white knight as they truly are best of British. And local too so yeah all good very helpful and another happy customer.
