Sam & Lynette where amazing
We had a refurd on our kitchen, supply only, we had doors, plinth cornice and worktop.The quality of the product was excellent, service was fantastic,
there was a supply issue with the worktop from the manufacturer,
not lovett fault! But Lynette got it sorted out really quickly, they had to send a larger worktop, which was not a issue and for No extra cost to us, which was amazing as it kept us on track for time.
Sam kindly came out and double checked all our measurements before we order the kitchen.

They have a great choice of colours and style at the shop to suit most needs.
I would definitely recommend lovett kitchens

My wife and I was recommended to concept kitchen by my parents
We wanted our garage turned into a new kitchen. It looked like a tricky job when speaking to Caroline and Sam they made us feel less nervous and very excited about this project.. we did some designs with Caroline she was so helpful and supportive ..Sam came around to our house took measurements and reassured everything will be lovely..
Many times we change worktop styles and cupboard choices. Which Caroline was very helpful. Caroline help order many of the appliances. Sam and his son Jake was amazing doing the structure work, electrical and the general fitting of the kitchen which looks stunning . My wife and I are so so happy with the final project.

We recently had the pleasure of having Lovett Kitchens design, supply and fit our new kitchen and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out! From initial designing with Sam it was clear he was a fountain of knowledge and has a real passion for kitchens, he listened to us and worked on ensuring the new layout would suit our needs! Him and Jake then worked on a few options for us and we went back and forth until it was just perfect, Jake came up with a fantastic design idea around our cooker, we truly got a bespoke experience. From there we had further meetings with Sam & Lynette picking everything from doors, work surfaces to taps. The quality of the products they use really stood them apart from other suppliers here, our unit doors are painted ash and the detailing on them is beautiful, lots of friends and family have complimented them! Sam & Lynette were both very patience and supportive within this very important decision making period, it made the whole process very exciting and their calming presence made it all stress free and fun. On the lead up to fitting we had regular contact, so any questions were answered promptly, we had full trust in them. Sam & Jake fitted our kitchen, firstly I must say what a lovely pair, they arrived daily with huge smiles and nothing was too much for them!!! Seeing all our ideas come to life was just amazing, they did an incredible job and the experience and passion they have was clear here. We couldn’t recommend Lovett kitchens more - having the same company design, supply and fit your kitchen is definitely the way to go. A huge thank you to everyone at Lovett Kitchens, the heart of our home is now better than we could have ever expected!

Choosing a firm to fit your new kitchen is a serious business. We took ages deciding. We got prices and ideas from Magnet and other big companies before talking to Dave and Nick at this family company based in Kidderminster. What a difference!

Dave was great at helping us decide what we wanted. He's a lovely gentle man. With humour and a lot of technical knowledge, he guided us through our choices. There was no hard-sell (almost the opposite).

Once we'd taken our decisions, Dave gave us a quote - which was less than Magnet's and for better quality fitments.

A few weeks later, Nick and his team arrived to do the work. They did their stuff efficiently, tidily and with minimum disruption. Dave would often call by to check that things were OK.

Of course we had a few queries afterwards. Dave dealt with them within 2 days. We paid the final sum in the knowledge that a good job had been done and the price was fair.

Would I recommend Concept Kitchens? Absolutely. 100%. We're delighted with the work. Far better than the big boys!

Oh - and we suggest that you ignore the one poor review on this website. Goodness knows what that was all about. But this small local comapny is good. Very good!

Nick and his team were polite, helpful and accommodating. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. Having a new kitchen fitted is a big upheaval, but the guys from Concept Kitchens made sure it was as stress free as possible. Tidying up at the end of each day and keeping mess to a minimum whilst working. The choices are excellent - had a tough job deciding which one to go for. Would definitely recommend this company!
