If I could give Lorax couriers 0 stars I would have..
I have been doing courier work for many years as both a driver and behind the desk on the other side and in all of my years I have never come across anyone like Andy the company director.
The service they provide is of an unprofessional manner and his attitude is appalling.
I was doing a job for lorax today and unfortunately had an issue, straight away Andy blamed myself the driver without even listening to what I had to say.. he instantly told me I would have to return the load for free and that I wouldn't be getting paid for the initial journey either.. the load that I collected was palletised incorrectly and because this company was run by his friends he said this was not possible.. he told me that his friends would fix the problem for free if I agreed to the non payment of the journeys.. i told him no as i am not accepting the blame for something that was not my fault..at no point was I rude or in anyway aggressive towards him.. I asked for the cctv evidence that apparently he had to back up his story bit this has failed to materialise. Andy is just rude and has very little interpersonal skills.. avoid like the plague!!!

Andy was extremely helpful when arrangements for house move were changed with very little notice. On the day of the move they were punctual, very hardworking, and very professional with packing and securing items, and wrapping for protection. Couldn't fault them at all, and very happy to recommend.
