We had our kitchen designed and installed by Shaf and his team over 18 months ago following recommendations from friends. I have posted this review a little late, but we have had the opportunity to live with the kitchen and experience the aftercare and personal service from London Koncepts.
I have nothing but praise for the team from the start. Shaf made multiple suggestions on the design and layout aspect that we would never have thought of. Communication was excellent at every step of the process. When a hiccup occurred, a solution was always forthcoming.
Aftercare has been 1st class, a cracked bin unit replaced without fuss. Even 18 months down the line with an undermounted sink coming away, a fix was swiftly and without fuss arranged.
Thoroughly recommend.

Having searched high and low for a decent kitchen company, and being sorely disappointed by what we were coming across it was an absolute pleasure when we found London Koncepts in Balham! The showroom was visually exciting, with kitchens that felt modern and stylish. But the best thing about London Koncepts is Shaf! He made our dream kitchen a reality. Nothing was too much trouble. We went for a Next 125 kitchen, not something I’d heard of before but it really is the talking point of the house. Shaf gave great advice and really knows his stuff. I’m an executive producer across many channels and many TV shows and have seen a lot of kitchen projects and Shaf ensured ours was up there with the best of them. We are thrilled with the final product. And each detail has been excellent - from the worktops and installation to the kitchen fitter who both did the most exceptional work. Thanks Shaf!

London Koncept provided a very reliable service during all stages from design to installation. Quality of the kitchen carcass, fronts, Stone worktop and operating mechanism are more than expected from a German based product. Worth visiting the showroom and meeting Shafiq to select various products and their options.
Installation fitters was thorough and professional in achieving a very good finish.
Recommended to anyone wishing a new kitchen..

Really happy with my kitchen! I was recommended to go to Shaf as the quality would far outweigh that of an high street kitchen shop and I was not disappointed! I had a few hiccups along the way due to delays on the manufacturing side but Shaf was great in resolving this and liaised directly with my builders during the build to get everything done as planned. The kitchen has transformed my home and I’m so happy with how it’s turned out.

Exceptional, faultless service- 100% recommend.

I got my kitchen and two bathrooms through London Koncepts and they are exactly what I wanted (if not better!). The quality of the kitchen is much better than any I had seen in other kitchen stores yet the price was very similar.

Shaf has been amazing throughout, project managing everything through covid when I’ve not been able to be at the property myself. His designs were well thought through and made the best use of the space, and seeing it all come to life and looking exactly like the designs has been fantastic.

I can’t recommend London Koncepts, Shaf and his team highly enough and I will definitely go back there if I have any kitchen or bathroom needs in the future.

We have used London Koncepts on two occasions for two different kitchen renovations in south london - on both occasions have had an extremely positive experience as a customer. The owner, Shaf, goes to great lengths to design amazing kitchens and accommodate all requirements and changes, and offers a full end to end service through to installation. He is patient, very easy to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process. The finish is first class and the experience could not be better.
