Fantastic service from start to finish, thankyou so much Lorenzo (Lincs Coast Kitchens).

Lorenzo first came to see us in November, listened to what we wanted from our kitchen and utility room renovation and came back after a short while with plans and renditions of what he was proposing. We had a lot of questions and nothing was too much trouble with quick replies to emails. Lorenzo supplied us with samples of doors in the colours we were looking at so we could be absolutely sure that we were making the right choice. We had already had quotes from Wren and Howdens but Lorenzo's price which included removing a wall between our kitchen and dining room, removal of a chimney breast, all plumbing renewed, all electrical work, all plastering and making good included was very competitive and Lorenzo project managed the whole thing using trusted contractors.

Many decisions later Lorenzo started work towards the end of April and eight weeks later we are left with a fantastic kitchen.

Lorenzo's attention to detail, as with everyone who came to do work in our home was second to none, a big job but relatively stress free, left clean and tidy everyday, we can not recommend Lincs Coast kitchens and Lorenzo enough so would have no hesitation in using him again (and plan to do so with some more jobs we want doing).

If you are looking to have a new kitchen then don't overlook this local business that goes the extra mile.

Absolutely delighted with the service Lorenzo provided from start to finish. He produced a plan and quote which clearly incorporated all my requests and minor adjustments through the installation were communicated so that I got the finish I wanted. Lorenzo was attentive and ensured I got the kitchen that I wanted. Nothing was too much hassle. The job started on time and was completed in a good time frame. The quality of the finish is outstanding. Lorenzo has a good eye for detail and this is evident throughout the fit. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

I cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish we have received excellent service. Lorenzo worked tirelessly on our kitchen and utility room project, from initial contact, through the design and planning stages to the fitting and finishing. He coordinated everything including ordering units and materials, plastering, plumbing work, electrics, fitting cabinets, Quartz worktop supply and decorating the entire room. He involved us throughout the process and kept us informed of what needed to happen when. He had the patience of a saint as we were very keen to get things right, so he listened to our ideas and adapted things where needed. We have used other nationally known companies in the past (Wren, John Lewis), but LI Installations far surpassed the quality and service we ever received from these firms. Lorenzo makes a difference to what could be quite a stressful process of removing and refitting a kitchen, by his personal touch and his totally professional approach. Just had a kitchen sink and new worktops fitted by Lorenzo, plus a vanity unit in our downstairs toilet. Very neat professional job, arrives on time and does what he says he will do. Lorenzo is a very pleasant man to have in your house, also the plumber Darren who he used for some of the work, I would definitely recommend them both.

Although the kitchen/white goods came from elsewhere Lorenzo co-ordinated everything else from plastering, decorating the entire room, plumbing work, electrics, tiling, installing/fitting the range, the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher through to fitting the cabinets.
