Food: 5/5, very good taste. I love the scotch egg especially the picadillo source. I like the texture of the pie. Liver in the pie makes the taste sophisticated. The fish is good.
Service 5/5: The girl in the upstairs is very friendly and nice.
Value for money and atmosphere: 4/5, good view but feel a bit of cold.

Cracking little place with extremely courteous and friendly staff. Our waitress went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly mother really enjoyed our visit. The menu is relatively small however, the Pheasant starter we had (as a main) along with the sides was plenty for lunch. All beautifully cooked and super tasty. Well definitely visit again.

Lovely meal, accommodating about a highchair. Friendly and professional service. Food looked and tasted amazing. The setting is stunning. Upstairs the views go all the way to Wales on a nice day. Downstairs and outside people were having drinks, nibbles and coffee in shade with a meadow just over the fence. Reasonably priced.

Oh my gosh, the food was OUTSTANDING! Fresh, Masterchef quality, gluten free for me as I'm coeliac.
Staff knew absolutely everything about my requirements. They were friendly, nice and polite, but personable too.
It was SUCH a lovely dining experience, even the bathroom was nice!!!!

You would would struggle to find better quality food cooked so beautifully. Both the Brisket and Venison were mouthwatering. Lovely views looking out and faultless friendly service. We will definitely be returning.
