I have used Jarda and his team for several projects. They are courteous, tidy and deliver on time. Their work is completed to a very high standard. We used Letta London to supply wardrobes, joinery and bathroom units - they are all high quality and were installed well. One of the units was slightly too large for the space but this was remedied immediately and without and issue. I am happy to recommend.

Alina from Letta London was fantastic from the very beginning. We were completely resigning 2 bathrooms for my two teenage girls and she was a wealth of knowledge regarding all products, technical requirements as well as a clear awareness of aesthetics and design. She guided us patiently and meticulously through each step and helped with every aspect of the ordering. Once the builders started, she was available (even when not working officially) to trouble shoot and support where needed. I wasn't aware of how complex bathrooms were till we started the project and I would not have been able to complete it so smoothly without Alina's support. V poor customer service
I had a poor experience from start to finish.
- Firstly, the product was weeks late arriving. The website said 2-4 days for in-store pick up when I ordered; it ended up being 3 weeks. there was no customer service to inform me of the delay (I had to chase).
- The when I had my product installed, it was found to be faulty.
- After waiting several weeks more, i was offered replacement parts - which I was informed would need to be installed at my expense.
- I asked Letta to pay or co-pay for these extra costs. they said no. I asked for a discount on the original item, given it was faulty. again, no.
So I'm left with a faulty item and an extra installation cost.
Would not recommend this company.

My client went to the Letta Showroom and was advised that a tile was in stock. I placed the order immediately. I have waited over three weeks now and not one person in the store can actually advise me on a delivery date. One minute the tiles are in a warehouse the next they are still in Italy. Either someone is lying or is hugely misinformed. I would be careful placing any orders with Letta... customer service is non-existent. Really disappointing.
