I had a great experience with Laura during a 3 hour 1:1 cake decorating lesson. I learnt loads and Laura helpfully provided information in all the products she uses. Laura was extremely well prepared, easy to follow, great at demos and overall a thoroughly brilliant teacher! The cake (that she’d baked beforehand for me to decorate) also tasted amazing! Would absolutely recommend!

I had a brilliant cake course with Laura. She helped me master covering a cake neatly with fondant icing, which I had never managed to achieve at home before. We also worked on piping flowers, which I now feel very confident with. I've used these skills already on a birthday cake, with many compliments! I was most impressed with Laura's endless knowledge and tips on the best products she has discovered with her wealth of experience. Plus, it was lovely decorating in cheerful, chatty company. I attended a 1:1 cake decorating class with Laura. It was tailored to the baking skills I wanted to achieve. Everything was excellent. Laura is extremely good at what she does and she is welcoming and friendly in her class. She teaches in a supportive way and I was relaxed during the class. It was great to get recommendations of equipment and recipes in the session to perfect my sponge and decorating skills too. I would fully recommend going to Laura for decorating lessons. I enjoyed it so much, I’ve recommended her to colleagues and friends and will book in for another one soon. Another bonus is that that you get to take the cake home that you decorate and it was delicious!
