DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
This company was recommended to me by someone then I recommended them to my mother we had a family reunion set for July 2023 so we were sending down allot of gifts and goods, for example, 256 kilos of flour, popcorn maker, kettles, microwaves, food products such as crisp, fruit shoots, canned foods all stolen in total I believe it was 13 barrels sent and all the most expensive and relevant items all stolen by this company.
The theft happened in the UK as Jamaican customs do not open the barrels without out your presence.
They have already accepted ownership by repaying a tiny amount of what was taken and a few barrels which is ridiculous, thousands of pounds worth of stuff stolen, hundreds paid to ship half-empty barrels, and more to clear and collect half empty barrels.

Disgusting company do not use them, legal action will be taken against this company, we dealt with Claudia Lana who is the Operations Manager, she picked up the barrels and dropped them off when my mother bought from them, she is the one that paid my mother back a few hundred pounds back plus a few barrels and stated she cannot afford anymore.
