Had an 11am appointment, called to apologies and advise that I’m running late by up-to 15mins. Nothing but bad attitude and condescending. Owner started spewing out derogatory remarks about the local community and their traits. Totally unacceptable, must think he is over and above. If somebody is spending money here, then I would seriously doubt his “After Service” given the level of bad attitude! Politeness is so important, this guy doesn’t have it. PS. I’m not one to write bad reviews, this had to be written.

One of the staff members there is extremely condescending and acted as if he was above us and that spending thousands on a fitted wardrobe is 'barely much'.

Their display wardrobes featured hollow carcasses and thus illustrated poor quality.
Thus, I wouldn't recommend their business to anyone due to their rude customer service and shoddy quality.

I used KV designs on two separate occasions recently for a bedroom conversion to an office because of the pandemic and also fitted wardrobes in our other bedroom. Both jobs were carried out to my full satisfaction. The quality of work and attention to detail was first class. Kostas is a perfectionist and will not finish the project until you are pleased with the outcome. I will be asking him to do our new kitchen next year and would not go anywhere else for this type of work.
