The best customer service without a shadow of a doubt. Egle really made us feel welcome and a valued customer. She listened to our wants/needs and wishes when designing our beautiful kitchen. We left these in her capable hands and she did not disappoint!! We are in love with our kitchen and we couldn’t have asked for more - the quality is outstanding. The whole process from start to finish and the after care is second to none, taking our feedback and any adjustments/changes needed with no problems and very quick resolutions. The lovely Sarwar came out to visit our home and kitchen to check in with our kitchen and to check for any imperfections and he took everything we would like adjusted and changed with no hesitations. I will 100% be recommending Kutchen Haus to anyone wishing to invest in an incredible kitchen that has the waw factor and outstanding quality. Thank you Kutchen Haus!

We love our Kutchenhaus Kitchen!

The service has been top class from beginning to end. Our first impression of both the Cardiff and Swansea showroom was WOW and when Ryan promised us a Wow factor he certainly delivered! He was meticulous in his attention to detail, our needs and tastes and has looked after us all the way through. A real gem!

But we have to say the whole staff have been exemplary, friendly and professional, and go out of their way to be helpful.

The quality of the kitchen units and appliances is very high and the end result is a beautifully designed kitchen that is wonderfully functional.

Luke our recommended and wonderful kitchen fitter could turn his hand to everything and had an amazing work ethic.

We have highly recommended Kitchenhaus to all our friends. 😊😊😊

Kutchen haus Swansea made the experience amazing from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble for Shahab and Sarwar! After going to a few other kitchen design shops and them telling me I couldn’t have exactly what I wanted, I was so happy when I found Kutchen Haus. They really can do anything! Thankyou so much again! Would 1000% percent recommend!

Very informative with no pressure to purchase. Full design service at no upfront cost, not like other showrooms we visited.
Showrooms at Swansea and Cardiff have some great kitchen layouts that inspire ideas and out of the box thinking.
Quality kitchen, delivered well packaged.
As house renovators we fitted the kitchen ourselves, phoned the Swansea branch a couple of times with questions on certain aspects of the fitting, they were extremely helpful and prompt.
Worth paying that bit extra for a top quality kitchen that will last.

Swansea Kutchenhaus has provided us with a lovely and functional kitchen. We had looked at other kitchens, but we found the quality and range of appliances on offer in Kutchenhaus superior: Sarwar was great in guiding us through the range, and really listening to our needs in a kitchen, not just trying to sell us one. Shahab visited our home and came up with an innovative and pleasing design, which Luke expertly fitted.
We are really happy with both the quality and appearance of our new kitchen: considering the quality and appliances we picked, we have also found it to be surprisingly good value.
We are happy to recommend Kuchenhaus at Swansea: the staff care hugely about their excellent reputation and make every effort to meet expectations.

I had the pleasure to have Ryan from the Swansea Showroom design my new kitchen. It was very impressive how dedicated Ryan was to provide me with the right kitchen. I didn't know too well what I wanted, but Ryan was able to figure it out anyway. At no point was he trying to upsell me, and in fact even talked me out of a more expensive option I had actually no use for at one point!

There were two small hickups with delivery (partially my fault), but the Kutchenhaus team (including their contracted installateur Luke) went above and beyond duty to leave me with an amazing kitchen in the end.
