We had our dream kitchen designed by Brett at Kutchenhaus Mansfield, with installation by Brian. We felt completely at ease from the very first meeting with Brett with his friendly manner, attention to detail and product knowledge being second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and Brett was extremely patient as we asked for various design and specification changes to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. We never felt under any pressure or obligation to proceed with the purchase after the design process but we knew very quickly that we didn't want to look elsewhere, after an excellent experience throughout. The standard of work and finishing on the installation by Brian was equally superb. We would highly recommend Kutchenhaus Mansfield if you are considering a new kitchen.

We decided to use Kutchenhaus in Mansfield after meeting Brett for the first time. The service and show room experience was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and Brett was very knowledgeable and really helpful. Our fitter Lee, who fits for Kutchenhaus, was also absolutely brilliant. We had a slight issue with the electrics and boiler but these were dealt with quickly and lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend both Brett and Lee, we’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.

FANTASTIC!
Kutchenhaus (Mansfield branch) is a fantastic place to buy a kitchen from. From the planning process to install Brett was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. If you're looking for a more personal experience with a high quality kitchen then Brett's your man! The Kitchen fitter (Scott) recommended by Brett was also brilliant. If I could give more than 5stars I would be, we love our kitchen!!

Getting our dream kitchen from Kutchenhaus Mansfield has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brett’s experience in the design process really showed through with the kitchen we now have. He really took the time to understand our needs and it felt that we were creating something together without any pressures.
The delivery process was easy and it was great that we had a two week storage slot which gave us flexibility to fit the delivery date around our building work.
Everything came in great condition, nothing was needed to be swapped for damage, we wanted to swap one of the appliances, this was no trouble at all, Brett went out of his way to sort this for us.
The quality of the kitchen and all the little details make this a great space to use. Throughout the whole process Brett’s communication and customer service has been excellent and a rarity to come across these days. We will recommend Kutchenhaus Mansfield to friends and family.

Brett from Mansfield and Nottingham Kutchenhaus was more than helpful and very patient. We had lots of problems in our building project and our kitchen was eventually fitted 12 months after order, he went out of his way to help us with storage and even design changes after the order had been placed. We are forever grateful and can't recommend them enough.

This place is amazing. Brett and his team have looked after us from the first day we walked in, and even after delaying for a year, we have gone back and picked up where we left off. We even asked to change the design slightly and Brett accommodated and looked after everything we asked for. Love the fact that they manage the project from start to finish and the installers are known to them - proper peace of mind knowing it’s all under control and I don’t need to organise things myself! Can’t wait for our kitchen to be completed now! Highly recommend this place to people - price, quality and service simply not compatible to others - exceeds expectations every time. 5*!

An all-round positive experience from start to finish. We had visited other retailers but Brett really took the time to listen to all our wants and needs. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and the finished design was exactly what I had envisioned, whilst remaining competitive. The quality of the kitchen itself is excellent, far exceeding anything we’d seen elsewhere, and the fitter Lee was brilliant. A really lovely team of people who can’t do enough for you, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends, family etc.
