Dear Kutchenhaus Team Bristol,

From start to finish, choosing a kitchen with you was an effortless and enjoyable experience. Meeting Elliot, who handled our design, was a pleasure he was incredibly helpful. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, but with Elliot’s expertise, he introduced ideas I hadn’t even considered, which truly enhanced the final result.

One aspect that really impressed us was the level of support provided, even though we chose to fit the kitchen ourselves. Patrick, the project manager, visited us after delivery to discuss the installation process and explain how some of the products work. When there was a slight delay with our microwave, Patrick personally delivered it before the kitchen was even completed a fantastic touch.

The team was always on hand to provide technical advice whenever needed. We encountered a minor issue with our integrated dishwasher due to a missing part, but the team handled it quickly and efficiently. Not only did they promptly provide the part, but they also sent one of their fitters, Dan, to install it. Dan’s workmanship was exceptional his attention to detail was remarkable, and we would highly recommend him as a fitter.

Overall, the service, professionalism, and dedication from the Kutchenhaus team were outstanding. Thank you for making the entire process so smooth!

We’re delighted with our new Kutchenhaus kitchen. The key factors in the success of this project were a high-quality product, a design that was fully aligned with our requirements, and an installation that was carried out to exacting standards.

We were unsure of what we wanted at the start of the design process, however Elliott in the Bristol showroom patiently listened to all of our views and produced a plan that managed to exceed our collective expectations.

The installation was carried out by James who is very talented and meticulous – an excellent combination of attributes!

Kutchenhaus Bristol have been brilliant from start to finish. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped for thanks to Elliott. He has great ideas, enthusiasm and knowledge, and thinks really carefully about both the aesthetic and ergonomic aspects. Elliott is so patient and listened really carefully to the specific things we wanted/needed for our kitchen and utility room, and all of these were incorporated in his designs. As our house build went on, Elliott was very responsive and liaised really well with our builders and came up with solutions really quickly when our room dimensions had to slightly change, which made something that should have been stressful feel totally manageable.
Patrick and the project management team were great, they were flexible in adjusting delivery dates with our build and Patrick was really responsive in helping sort out any issues.
The kitchen looks fantastic, it’s just how we pictured it, we’re really pleased with the quality and design of the units and appliances, and we feel it’s very good value.
We would recommend Kutchenhaus to friends and family without hesitation!

We are in love with our new bespoke kitchen from Kutchenhaus, Bristol. Kelly was soo friendly and patient with us throughout the whole design process, she listened and included our design wants, which included a very last minute change to increase the worktop size to the breakfast bar - which has made such a difference. Everything was easy and nothing seemed too difficult. Danny, our kitchen fitter, was amazing, he was very calm and professional and nothing seemed to phase him, his attention to detail was superb and he was super friendly. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant. I would highly recommend the Bristol Kutchenhaus - a very well deserved 5 Star!”

We could not rate the team at Kutchenhaus Bristol highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Elliott's knowledge and design skills are fantastic. He is so good at what he does - he has amazing design skills, is thorough and patient; we are thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from design through to installation could not be faulted. The communication from the team is excellent. Everyone who you come into contact with is so helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. Patrick oversaw all the practicalities, liaising with our builder and going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Elliott also continued to be on hand to help with design tweaks. Nothing was too much trouble. Danny our kitchen fitter was equally dedicated and hard working and very skilled - and a great guy to have around! The best bit about this team is that they seem to love what they do and are so dedicated - they really want to do their job well and are always smiling and positive! You don't just buy a kitchen and a design, you actually buy a service and that continues all the way through from start to finish. And last but not least, the kitchens are very good quality and very good value for money. Strongly recommend! Thank you for all your hard work guys!

I cannot recommend Kutchenhaus Bristol and especially Rob highly enough, I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen! Although it isn't the biggest of kitchens (and being on a budget) Rob still managed to design a stunning modern kitchen within my budget and somehow managed to fit in a dishwasher (which I didn't think I had room for before) and also more cupboards than previously. The room even feels bigger. I looked at the kitchens in B&Q and Wickes but the quality wasnt a patch on the Kutchenhaus kitchens. Everything came pre built and very impressed with the high spec finishing touches. Everything is provided that you require and Rob was there on the end of the phone for endless advice. The customer service was also second to none. A lovely showroom where you are made to feel welcome and like a valued customer. Nothing is too much trouble and I was kept updated at every stage. It is certainly not the biggest and most glamorous Kutchenhaus kitchen you will see, but being a first time buyer, it is well beyond anything I could have imagined and I love it! Thank you Kutchenhaus Bristol and especially Rob!

We wish Rob and his Kutchenhaus Bristol store a well deserved bright and successful future. A new kitchen can be a significant investment and if you want something a little special combining German quality (and it is) with striking bespoke design, your money is well spent here. Rob is very good at what he does and most of all we were able to trust him to deliver exactly what we wanted. You may wait a little longer than for an 'off the shelf' kitchen, but the end result is well worth the wait....Delighted thank you Rob.

We (and everyone who visits us) is still in love with our kitchen design even after 5 years in.
ELLIOT designed my kitchen and he is an absolute 💎- I hope you’re reading this Rob 😉. Maybe a pay rise / partnership deal for him? 😀. I say this as he lives and breathes the company. He is soo passionate about Kutchenhause. We were sold on the product by Elliot even before it was fitted. The attention to detail, nothing is too much effort for him (I changed my design 8 times - but pls don’t be as annoying as me to him), always energetic and eager to please. Straight forward with cost and what won’t work. Efficient, polite, no bullshit or time wasting. He absolutely went above and beyond. It’s an absolutely beautiful kitchen and was HALF the price of others I had designed at other companies. I feel the quality, mechanics, and athletics are superb and superior to all I researched. 5 years in and still happy to problem shoot things that my plumber was unable to fix even tho it’s not really their problem. Just super helpful people! Genius with design and genuinely loves his job. Thank you Elliot. I wish you lots of success x
