⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding from Start to Finish!

We recently had our kitchen designed and installed by Kutchenhaus Bath, and we are beyond thrilled with the results! From the very first consultation to the final fitting, every stage of the process was handled with exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

- Design: Huge thanks to Ben, who took the time to truly understand our vision and translated it into a functional, stylish, and perfectly optimised kitchen. Everything has been designed with such logic and efficiency that using it feels effortless.
- Project Management: Pat, our project manager, was fantastic! Any issues that arose were quickly and efficiently resolved, making the whole process stress-free.
- Support & Communication: A massive shoutout to Rob (Managing Director) for his hands-on approach and ensuring everything went smoothly. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt in safe hands.
- Installation: The real star of the show was Danny, our kitchen fitter. His craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail were outstanding - every aspect of the kitchen was finished to perfection.
- Payment Options: The flexibility in payment made the process even easier, allowing us to get our dream kitchen without unnecessary stress.

We had our first Christmas with family in our new kitchen, and it was an absolute joy to use! Everything was designed with such thoughtfulness that it has completely transformed how we cook, entertain, and enjoy our space. Kutchenhaus Bath delivered on every aspect of our brief to the tee!

A massive thank you to Ben and Patrick (Bath Branch) Ben who designed a fantastic kitchen that has everything we need and looks amazing in our new contemporary home and Patrick who helped us through the fitting and final stages. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which was very much appreciated during a very stressful new build. Excellent customer service. Very pleased with the quality. What a great experience from spotting these guys at a large home development show, right through to the completion of a wonderfully refurbished and high quality kitchen that exceeded our expectations.

Sales can often be the easy part, particularly when quality German products speak for themselves, but it's the design and subsequent 'project management' of the order which matters most in my opinion.

Thankfully we had Ben visit/measure and design us an amazing kitchen, listening carefully to our needs and then enhancing upon our requirements applying his experience and professionalism. Once we had that signed off it was passed over to Jodi to project manage and ensure all the pieces fitted together in a timely manner.

To be honest, we had some minor casualties as a result of the kitchen's journey from Germany, but these were quickly put right by the Kutchenhaus Bath team, who are so focussed on delivery and customer service (no job is finished until a customer is delighted).

Not the cheapest kitchens on the market to be honest (and certainly not the most expensive), but you get what you pay for and a whole lot more; in this case it's exceptional design, quality, and unequivocal customer care.

Ben from Kutchenhaus Bath designed our new kitchen for us. He was very friendly and easy to work with and he made the whole process a real pleasure. He was creative when it came to the design and was knowledgeable about the product range, recommending materials, styles and colours that would go well together. More importantly, he kept us on budget throughout. Ben was extremely patient when our order and install was delayed by the builders and was very tolerant of last minute changes. When it came to the installation, Patrick oversaw the work and was always on hand to help and advise the builder. They have a great team at Kutchenhaus Bath - friendly, knowledgable and very efficient.
