We love our new bathroom. Chris and Amie did an amazing job re imagining and replacing our en-suite. Amie helped us design a stylish warm space which meant we didn’t need to trail around bathroom stores trying to decide what we wanted. Chris completed the bathroom refit including insulation, tiling , flooring and lighting. Very high standard of workmanship for a reasonable price.we are very happy.

We'd already seen what sort of attention to detail Chris brought to his work elsewhere so it was a no-brainer to ask the Koti team to completely transform our small downstairs WC. He designed and built bespoke storage (huge sturdy drawers!) which squeeze every bit of possible storage space out of a difficult under-stair nook, and now gym kit, swimming, camping and beach gear are all stowed away invisibly, it's amazing!
But also worth mentioning that Chris is just an incredibly hardworking and kind person. Half of the stress of a renovation is having other people coming and going from your house, but we felt totally relaxed as he quietly and efficiently got on with it.
And finally, the value these guys provide is just incredible - all costs up front, materials all cost price, and the whole renovation was done at a price that other companies would charge simply for the bespoke storage (and we had removal of all old stuff, new floor, new vitreous ware, tiling, worktop...!) Highly recommended.
