I commissioned my kitchen in 2014, based on my research at the time I decided to rely on German quality and the showroom not only had tons of options but the practical aspect of functioning kitchen furniture was their top priority in designing. Recently ten year after I had to change my fridge and needless to say was worried that my panels will be handled badly by fridge installers and I may incur damage on my furniture. After the fridge been installed by insurance replacement Anke and team stepped in to check and reinforce the panel so I don’t loose the overall kitchen Aestetics in any way. I wanted to share as customer service after ten years is very rare these days to have such a responsive quality team and long lasting quality product . Ten out of ten

We really must take a moment to recommend Kochwerk Kitchens and Charlotte Wallace, our Kochwerk kitchen designer. Charlotte worked diligently with our architect to create exactly the kitchen we were hoping for. In an often-challenging process Charlotte was the pinnacle of professionalism. She was a brilliant designer and technically excellent, too. She has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding the many rhythms of life that unfold within a kitchen. Like most renovation projects, ours was outrageously stressful. But not when it came to the kitchen! Charlotte and the Kochwerk team delivered a high-quality kitchen that just feels wonderful to be in, to cook in, and to entertain in. Thanks, Charlotte!
