We can’t recommend Kitchens Unique highly enough! Ian and his team (Clive and Mason) supplied and installed our kitchen in November, and they were absolutely brilliant throughout.

Ian (the owner) was by far the most responsive, organised and conscientious person we have ever worked with. From promptly delivering the quote at the beginning, to happily offering to come over whenever we needed after then to show/lend us as many samples as we needed to see, and his many, many quick & helpful replies to our emails, helping to sort out kitchen design, until we were all happy everything was perfect. His advice about kitchen design was incredibly helpful and he also anticipates any potential issues that could occur at the outset, so there are no surprises or delays later down the line and there is a solution already in place by the time the work starts. There was also zero sales pressure throughout, which we really appreciated.

Ian gave us a very clear timeline of the planned installation at the beginning, and everything went exactly like clockwork & perfectly to time. The whole operation was clearly a very well oiled machine. He and his team were incredibly efficient and meticulous, and their work was of a very high standard, with a great eye for detail. Their products were all of excellent quality also, and it shows. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Thank you to Ian, Clive & Mason - it was a pleasure working with you and we would highly recommend you to anyone looking to do their kitchen!

Ian and his team were amazing from start to finish. Ian is passionate about providing very high quality work and was a great organiser. Units and everything arrived with precision and he was always on hand to answer questions along the way. His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all.
I still have the floor to do but the photos below shows the finished units and worktops from affordable granite. Would not hesitate to recommend kitchens unique to anyone!

Ian and his team are exceptional. The first class service starts from the first interactions. The planning and attention to detail Ian brings to the project are the best I have ever experienced. This alone would be enough for me to highly recommend Ian and the team, Mason and Clive.

But then there is the quality. Without doubt everything is resourced to the highest standards and given thought, so you achieve the best finish for the kitchen you want, truly want. Ian goes the extra mile to make sure you really love the end result and his experience and customer focus shines through to help you achieve this.

To add to all this , there is then the actual time during the fit. Ian, Mason and Clive are friendly, polite and truly care about your home. The experience is a real pleasure and they work with you to make sure you are happy every step of the install. No detail is left, nothing is too much trouble, everything is part of the experience , which is outstanding.

Ian and his team were first class from start to finish, from the initial design to the thorough clear up at completion. Ian and his team’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail is clearly evident with suggestion and input on design and the quality of workmanship on the installation. Kitchens Unique really are the one stop shop for the whole job, including plastering, tiling, electrics and plumbing. Ian and his team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ian gave excellent advice during the design process, and was always available for questions & to bring numerous samples over. During the work his team were courteous and tried to be as tidy as is possible when ripping out a kitchen! I am a perfectionist which can be challenging, but Ian's team's work has been top notch and the finish on things is excellent. We are really pleased with the kitchen, and wouldn't hesitate to use Ian again.

Ian answers queries rapidly and honestly, with no sales pressure whatsoever to sign up and get started. Top quality cabinets and white goods. Clean and neat workers with a great eye for detail. Timing of the work was super efficient and the finish is beyond our expectations.

He set out a clear programme of work and guided us through the whole process. He and his team were very professional and had a clear and well organised working methodology that meant there was minimum disruption to our day to day routine during the installation.
