Would not recommend this company.
After a free quote appointment, they have been calling up incessantly pushing for us to get renovations done by them.

The initial appointment lasted 2 and a half hours, we were given an over priced quote. The salesman called his boss while he was here, so that he could ask us questions and get us to justify why we didn’t want to take the quote further immediately. This was very uncomfortable.

On a follow up call, I explained that we didn’t want to use them because of the pressured nature of the initial appointment. The representative on the phone became hostile and hung up.

Great experience from start to finish. Fitters were clean, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone loves my new bathroom and asks about it. The walk in shower has made such a difference to mornings and is so easy to keep clean. Five stars from me!

DO NOT GET A QUOTE. Had a salesman knock on my door almost 3 years ago offering a free quote, thought why not. I'll tell you why not. Disgustingly over-priced for the mediocre design I was shown. But the price isn't the frustration, it's having to still block numbers from them 3 years on. At least 10 numbers I've blocked, asked multiple times to be taken off the system. They are relentless and it is not worth it. Get a local company with good reviews for a 3rd of the price.

Please DO NOT waste a single penny of your money with this absolute mess of a company, we spent a small fortune on a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, from the initial aggressive sales pitches, bloated prices, rushed sub standard quality of work, inferior product quality to sly tactics aftercare. The job from the start was rushed and the finish and poor quality product were glaringly poor, the shower literally lasted months but when you contact them they just fobbed us off by telling us to deal with the fitter directly who constantly ignored us, what they later admitted was that the fitter no longer worked for them and hadn’t for some time, this several month long goose chase had allowed the warranty to run out…. How convenient, they knew what they were doing, they promise you the earth and deliver none of it, I know now why they never came and did the signing off inspection that they promised, quite simply because once they have your money they really don’t care, they did offer to send somebody out to have a look at the shower for a £100 call out fee…. How kind of them, you have been warned folks don’t be ripped off like us !

Wouldn't give it a star if there was an option. Unless you don't mind waiting 5 weeks for a bathroom fit. AVOID! Had nothing but hassle with this company after I paid alot of money. Still waiting for the inspector to come out 3 weeks later.

My parents got a new front door installed they are very impressed and mam said she feel safe and secure since having it done and also very draft free...😀...also the staff are very lovely and understanding...would definitely recommend the company and use them in the future.....

My partner has spent £20k with this company. Earlier this year 2 of our cupboard hinges snapped on another swinge cupboard. I rang up and was told they would not replace the hinges so we had to pay for new hinges and get someone to fit them for us. Now again the first cupboard to be fixed one of the hinges has snapped again after been replaced last year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their products don't last

Great service. From first entering the showroom to the finished shower room everyone was friendly and helpful. The installation was completed well within
the agreed time frame and the finish is perfect, with everything left clean and tidy.

Highly recommended.
