Terrible company. Despite 2 surveyors measuring up the dishwasher door and side panel didnt fit. It took THREE different fitter appointments until they finally got it right plus one fitter who just didnt turn up and another who came and did nothing because he had the wrong size panel. It took nearly a month to fit 12 doors and 2 drawer fronts. They were also not cheap at over £5700. I lost 6 days off work. I complained and still have had no apology. Totally useless.

We had kitchen doors and worktops fitted, we chose work surface finish to complement the doors. Then we were informed they no longer did this finish and blamed the sales man for the misinformation. Ok, we chose another finish. They, after a few months the edges of one of the doors started to delaminate. After quite some time the company replaced the offending door. Then, again after a few months this door also started to delaminate! The company then tried to blame it on environmental circumstances, ie kettle steam!! Well excuse me but don't all kitchens have kettles?
My personal view is the quality is poor, all kitchen doors and surfaces should be resistant to steam from kettles... Shouldn't they?
Maybe if Kitchen Magic spent more money on improving quality and less money on Debbie McGee things might look better. The photos below are from the second door. I didn't keep the photos of the first door (which was worse) because l thought it was just a one-off!

I have recently had my utility room renovated by Kitchen Magic and am delighted with the end result. The kitchen designer Sam helped me make choices that aligned with my budget without compromising how I wanted the room to look. The kitchen fitter Lucasz did a fabulous job and worked so hard. I’m a very satisfied customer 😀

Absolutely shocking company.
Badly fitted cupboard doors to begin with which we're changed. 2 months on we STILL haven't had the sink fitted properly. Over £2k for 5 doors, a Worktop & sink (cheap quality!!) Now getting threats that interest will be added if we don't pay the £200 balance even though work is STILL outstanding! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Had a quote today from this company. Not a positive or pleasant experience. Firstly, this company trade as kitchen magic and the kitchen restoration company.
*Sales guy all over the place, switching between “sales pitch”, measuring tape, going to car to get samples, back to measuring tape. Etc etc
*Telling me they couldn’t do an integrated unit for fridge freezer. Just existing cupboard fronts and worktop replacement. Didn’t offer any design ideas.
*way overpriced
*”salesman” told me they don’t do side panels and I could get cheap paint, in the same colour as doors and paint over the laminate wrap myself! lol
At this point I just knew, this wasn’t the company for me.
*Also, salesman filled my downstairs with a strong aroma of stale cigarette, that remained after he had left the premises.
I would avoid both these companies for your kitchen renovation dreams and value your sanity tbh

Excellent from start to finish
Could not ask for better service and product. 3 weeks from start to finish
All doors and drawers needed to be replaced due to delamination on them for kitchen only few years old from major company. Ten year warranty no longer valid when purchaser moved.

Shocking Company.
Don’t complete work, terrible Customer service, average quality kitchens at best,attitude of the Directors stink and any excuse to avoid paying their Staff.
Give them a miss if you want to avoid being ripped off.

I could have written a very long review here, but after 3-4 months of battling to get the kitchen sorted out after a shocking fit to begin with, having a large number of issues with the quality of the initial fitting (with some being very serious) I simply cant be bothered spending any more time on this.

Now i know someone from the company will possibly put a comment on below either blaming me or trying to water the issue down so ask yourself once questions before proceeding with these people, or indeed anytime you purchase anything from anyone...

If you only get offered a 1 year guarantee, does that shout quality product to you? that is what you get with kitchen magic (also know as the kitchen restoration company)

i am happy for anyone to contact me and ill show you the facts so you can make an informed decision but this is a true recollection of my experiences. what a huge mistake i made contacting this company.

The response from Susan Davies is absolute rubbish!

Look at all the recent responses on both reviews of kitchen magic Birmingham and the kitchen respiration company. Too many recent people saying the same things.

The pictures i have uploaded are a true representation of the work carried out by this company.

If anyone would like to see further correspondence about my dealings with this company or any other images, including the bullying email from the CEO then please contact me.

Pictures do not lie... and trust me... your products are no where near as superior as you think. What arrogance to slag off companies who have been trading for years and offer great quality products and put yourself up on a pedestal as if you are the only ones who can offer such products...I feel like I will have another battle on my hands soon when I try to make a legitimate claim on the guarantee which I have no doubt will either be ignored or dismissed by squirming out of it and trying to put the blame on me again.

Finally, the worktop was not a true reflection of the sample card and it was disgusting. Looked nothing like it.
