This is a fantastic kitchen company! First class service and support from beginning to end, and beyond! I had been dreading the upheaval and the prospect of managing with a fridge, microwave and kettle in the living room and boxes all over the place ... but I needn't have worried. At the site visit Charlotte clearly listened and knew exactly how my new kitchen should be configured - and she was 100% correct! I am so happy with all the choices, from cupboard design and colour, to knobs and handles, to worktop, sink, flooring .... everything! Everyone involved in the project - Charlotte, Leigh, Matt, George, Andre, Craig, Liam, Aidan (apologies for omitting anyone) - were completely engaged, communicative, respectful of me and my home (and my cat) and clearly knew what they were doing. I would even go so far as to say that I actually enjoyed the experience and watching it all coming together! The few snagging issues were, or are being, resolved promptly and efficiently. I am seriously impressed and would highly recommend Kitchen Ergonomics to friends, family, neighbours, and anyone reading this review!

We had our new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Ergonomics, and we are really pleased with it. We get a lot of positive comments from visitors. See photos.
Kitchen Ergonomics pride themselves on customer service and high quality installation. I would like to single out Lee-Ann in the office for great customer communication and for really caring that customers are happy with their new kitchen. I would also like to mention Ben and Craig. Ben did the installation, and he was excellent - hard working, highly skilled and a nice guy. Craig did the wiring, including fitting a new (and safer) fuse box.
When, three months after our kitchen was completed, our downstairs lights started tripping out, KE sent Craig over straight away to check the wiring. The fault turned out to be unrelated to our new kitchen. That's excellent customer service.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Ergonomics to friends and neighbours, or anyone looking to update or improve their kitchen.

We had been looking for a company to do our kitchen and after a lot of research I came across this company and I'm so glad we did. From first engagement to completion all the staff, office and fitters were just fantastic. We would highly recommend Kitchen Ergonomics.
Sam Ward came out and took the time to listen to what we wanted, which was more storage and for our kitchen too look more modern and that's exactly what we have. Sam had excellent customer service skills and his creativity of design looked good on paper, however in practical terms oh my goodness we are blown away with the attention to detail and positioning of cupboards and appliances, it just makes working and cooking so enjoyable and a breeze to access things.
The project management side was handed over to Leigh and Lee-ann. Everything just happened according to the planned schedule we were given. We never had cause to phone up and question where the tradesmen were as every single person was reliable, friendly, hard working, treated our home with respect and so skilled at what they do. It wasn't rushed and no corners cut.
I think it's fair to say our boiler seemed to pose a bit of a challenge. After turning the gas off to carryout work, the pilot light was problematic to reignite but they got it working eventually. On several occasions we did experience the boiler failing to work after the workmen has left. We phoned the office and they just contacted the workmen and they turned round came back and sorted it. Again no quibbles or trying to fob us off or waiting till the following day. The service was just on brilliant.
The quality of the kitchen cupboards, appliances are of a high quality. Unbe known to us and we even got a cashback from Neff on a scheme they have. Lee-ann advised us once the work began and help in the process in obtaining the serial numbers and having the photographic evidence to submit our claim. Whilst the process is a bit drawn out, the money has actually now come through from the 3rd party Neff out source to process the claim.
We would definitely recommend this company. It won't be as cheap as other known kitchen companies but you get what you pay for - bespoke kitchen, high quality cupboards and appliances, excellent customer service, highly skilled professional workmen and delivered as per the proposed work plan. You can't ask for more than that!
Our kitchen has been absolutely transformed so thank you so much to all at Kitchen Ergonomics

We had our boot room transformed by the most excellent people at Kitchen Ergonomics. From start to finish, the service was beyond excellent.
Design was comprehensive, patient and ensured every need we had was covered.
The preparation for install was quite frankly astonishing. Truly excellent work from the plumbing, electric and plastering people. Attention to detail at every stage of the process.
Install itself was of a similarly high standard, small details of extra shelving, access to plumbing and hidden electrics went way beyond expectations.
Finally the project management was of a high standard. Detailed timeline, with regular communication provided an additional level of reassurance.
I would highly recommend Kitchen Ergonomics, thanks to each and every one of them.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Kitchen Ergonomics. The whole process has been far easier than we expected, largely due to the attention to detail and careful planning from all involved.
Our designer, Sam, took time to understand what we were looking for in our new kitchen, and provided several interactive designs which really helped us understand what the kitchen would look like and guide our decisions. Throughout the design Kitchen Ergonomics was responsive to our requests for changes but also offered invaluable advice based on their extensive experience.
Ahead of the fit, they provided a full breakdown of what tasks would happen when and who would be on site. A huge plus was that they managed all the different trades involved in the project, whether they were the people they usually work with or the separate company we had chosen to install the floor. The work itself was conducted to a very high standard. Everyone involved was friendly and polite, and they kept the work area as tidy as possible.
The fit of the kitchen itself was exceptional, and our fitter took time to involve us in the final decisions which really made a difference to the finished product. The units are of a very high standard, all the mechanisms work smoothly and without any faults and we are really pleased with the look and feel of the quartz worktops that they supplied. The new appliances are also welcome, and their positioning works very well for us in the new kitchen. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Ergonomics.

We were looking for a company to do our kitchen and decided to go with kitchen ergonomics due to the good reviews rate and the fact that on paper they take care of everything for you: they have their trade persons, from plumbing to plastering. Unfortunately I would advise not to rely on the reviews as our experience has been awful.
Everything looked pretty smooth and professional thought out the design and sale phase; we were given a final quote by Andy Ward with a 3 weeks time schedule which left us a little puzzled being a long time for the size of our kitchen and the necessity of the works (it was a like for like, with some more cupboards on an unused side of the kitchen, one radiator to be moved and the ceiling to be changed and reskimmed with spot lights instead of the older ceiling lamp), but we were reassured that the company prefers to give a longer timing as "worst case scenario" rather than false promises; so, we found it fair and agreed to go ahead. To note: during the measuring/survey we were told that If we decided to go with an induction solution, we should have considered the extra cost of changing the electric board and having everything rewired due to the age of our existing one, while staying with the gas could have saved us that money. We opted for this reason to remain with the gas.
Around a week prior to the start of the works, we have received the email with the schedule: first bitter surprise, 4 weeks of scheduled works. During the first week after the room prep, we have seen no one until the Friday when both the electrician and the plumber showed up and completed in less than 1 day. Second bitter surprise: the electrician told us that the electric board had to be changed anyway otherwise he could have not certify it. We were really upset at his point, because If we were told that we were going to pay that extra money anyway, we would have opted for an induction hob.
The second week we were away on holiday (scheduled on purpose from our side, so that would have been less uncomfortable for us being in our house with works in progress) and the plastering was scheduled for another 2 days job: the plasterer did not show up on Monday and we had no communication whatsoever. We emailed Leigh, the project manager, questioning about it and the day after we found out that the plasterer was off sick and that wouldn't be able to be on site until Thursday. Turns out that the plastering required 1 day and was completed on the Friday. Now, we are not monsters and we have nothing to complain or go against the plasterer sickness, but we complain and highlight that kitchen ergonomics as a company should be prepared to provide solutions to the customers (i.e. other trade persons working for you) in case you have to face sickness or other absences.
The following weeks with the fitter did not go much better, with dumping responsibilities from trades people to kitchen ergonomics. We also would not recommend this company in respecting our property: floor left dirty, curtain detached and left on the floor, liquid thrown on the garden lawn that killed the grass, not to mention the dust and rust left from the skip company. No one ever takes responsibilities and try to dump the fault on someone else.
Once again, I would not recommend this company at all. The unprofessionalism and lack of trustworthiness were unbelievable, as unbelievable was the stress of having to email and having to seat down for a confrontation face to face with the persons that are supposed to follow the project to understand what was going on.

Great service and advice from Chris during the initial planning phase as well as useful advice on appliances. Leigh coordinates the fitting and ensured the process ran smoothly. The company also uses excellent & experienced fitters (Dave). Communication of the overall project was always fluid (Amanda) and we’re really pleased with the overall experience and result.
The product the company uses is of a good quality and we found it had a good range of colours to suit our needs. So far the functionality of the cabinets has been as expected although now a few years in, some door are showing some wear and tear, a bit earlier than I would’ve expected. I’d definitely still use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Kitchen Ergonomics was also very helpful in fixing one cabinet damaged by fire.

Recently we used Kitchen Ergonomics to design and install a new kitchen for us. Chris spent a great deal of time talking us through various options and the end design was perfect. The team were efficient and polite and we are really delighted with the result.
Due to Covid we experienced some delays but Zunair who checked in on us, always keeping us updated and helped to put us at ease. We would especially like to thank Andrew for the installation. The quality of work was fantastic with great attention to detail. Highly professional at all times, we could not be happier!
We also had two beautiful alcove units fitted that we are over the moon with and we will certainly be back with more projects in the future.
Thank you Kitchen Ergonomics, we will certainly be recommending you to all of our friends and family.
