Brilliant company, great value and professional service.
We had quotes from wren and Howdens but they was unable or wouldn’t install the kitchen we wanted with the speck we wanted especially with the worktops. The team got are vision straight away and put together great ideas and layout options to make sure the kitchen was perfect for us, user friendly and flowed. Little touches like the worktops being a touch deeper allowing more working space than standard. One of the larder units has a quartz shelf so we can hide our toaster and kettle out the way safely to keep the working worktop space to a maximum. Top quality disconnects on Neff appliances. Personally come and check all delivered items to make sure all is in order so no delays on fitting. Doors and cabinets finishes are stunning. All shelf’s was fitted by the fitter to the heights we desired to fit are needs that way there no excess holes inside the units. I’m a contractor myself and was really impressed with the service and finish of everything. Kitchen looks a lot times more expensive that it actually was which is the best compliment I can give.
Definitely would and have recommended to clients and friends.

So pleased that we were introduced to KDA by a neighbour and certainly recommend this superb family run business. An extremely professional service from start to finish. Great advice followed by design and detailed plans and then project managed throughout including a visit from them on most days during the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have to say Adam our fitter was fabulous and made the 2 week installation totally stress free for us. He took care of everything including any electrical & plumbing work that was needed.

So pleased with our new kitchen, excellent quality & extremely good value.

We were extremely happy with the KDA - starting from the discussions on the design, sourcing the appliances (required several rounds as one piece was not easily available), to removal of the previous one and installing the new. The most attractive point for us was that KDA project managed everything, coordinating among multiple tradesmen (fitter, tiler, electrician etc.), staying absolutely in time and on budget. The amount of stress for us was minimal - and the attention to details, especially when it came to the fitter, was great. Big big thanks to the company.

We can’t praise Mr Teller and his team at Kitchen Design and Advice enough. This family run business has years of experience behind it and this certainly shows and is reflected through all stages of the process. Having used KDA over 22 years ago when we first bought our house they were the first and really only option for us when we decided it was time to update our existing kitchen, which I have to say although dated was only looking slightly tired in a few places - testament to the quality and fitting from KDA.

This time around we had decided on our own bespoke colour choice for the cabinetry and the Farrow & Ball colour we chose was replicated with perfection.

The whole project was managed seamlessly and within the given timeframe. The KDA team are on hand throughout and nothing is too much trouble. KDA have to hand a whole team of contractors that they use regularly who we found to be exceptional in their respective fields, we utilised decorators, electricians, plumbers and tilers. We feel Adam the kitchen fitter deserves a special mention, his craftsmanship and attention to detail surpassed our expectations.

Having a new kitchen is a big expense, in terms of value for money KDA deliver on all counts, from design to fitting, supplying quality products that we know from experience will stand the test of time . We are extremely delighted with our new kitchen and can highly recommend them .

Our flat needed a new kitchen, but we weren't really sure what we wanted. We talked through different options for units, appliances, tiles etc and KDA came up with a plan and how it would look.
Haim drew up a schedule for each of the tradesmen over a 3 week period, so that there was only one day, when the quartz worktops were prepared, when there was no one working in the flat.
The kitchen was stripped out, new wiring run in, plumbing, plastering, units fitted, appliances fitted and the floor and walls tiled. Every tradesman turned up on the right day, first thing, knew what they were supposed to be doing and did a good job.
Haim came round a few times to check on things and to explain options which was very reassuring.

Worst home Improvement project we have experienced. We have never experienced such a difficult and argumentative company to deal with.

KDA stated in written communication to us that ….”we do our utmost to accommodate our client’s wishes, and every effort is made to ensure that the whole process is carried out in an open, honest, efficient and professional manner”. Unfortunately, our experience has been completely the opposite.

We had ordered a replacement kitchen from KDA and everything started well. However, on fitting the units we saw that the paint quality of the doors, fascias etc. was extremely poor. We immediately brought this to the attention of KDA. Replacement doors were eventually provided but the paint finish was of the same poor quality. This was disputed by KDA.

We offered different solutions to solve the impasse in an amicable way, but KDA did not respond to these options. Instead KDA offered to supply and fit a new set of doors in a different range at cost price. This was neither reasonable nor fair since this would incur a financial loss to us for something that was not our fault. The kitchen was never completed by KDA and we then went to another local company to remedy the work.

We contacted the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman who contracted an independent expert to carry out an onsite visit. His report stated, “….the paint finish to the door & drawer fascias is inconsistent, excessively applied and course to the touch which has resulted in visible colour imperfections and variations within door & drawer fascia paintwork ….. In my opinion, if the door & drawer fascias supplied by the retailer where to be installed in their current state within the consumer's kitchen it would have a detrimental effect on the overall aesthetics of the kitchen due to the substandard paintwork imperfections and shade variations.”

Having given KDA ample opportunity to rectify the breach of contract and provide a satisfactory product KDA failed to do so, so we instructed solicitors who issued proceedings against KDA. The hearing was at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch on Friday 29th November 2024. After hearing the evidence and studying the supporting documents the judge ruled in our favour stating that KDA were in breach of Sections 9 and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in that, among other things, the goods supplied were not of satisfactory quality and not free of minor defects. KDA were ordered to pay us the cost of rectifying the goods plus interest together with court costs.

We had the evidence of the shoddy goods provided so persevered (even though it took 5 years) to reach a satisfactory conclusion and successfully get a wrong righted.

I'm so happy with my new kitchen. Haim did a brilliant design, and gave me a schedule of works that was realistic and delivered on-time. Sally and Adam had great advice on colours and appliances and managed the project brilliantly. The tradespeople they brought in were all excellent, John the fitter was a star. I had new units, worktops, appliances, floor tiles, electrics and plumbing, pretty much everything!
I highly recommend KDA kitchens - they delivered a really superb kitchen on time and with the absolute minimum of hassle. I did have an issue with one of the units after I'd used it for a while, this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
