Our kitchen may not be the biggest. But with the excellent help and advice from Steve and his team at KC it is the best improvement we have made to our home.
Steve and his team were friendly, always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. No project will ever run smoothly, but rest assured the team at KC will support you throughout the process.
We also found the price for the quality was excellent. Thank you all at KC.

When ordering they were really helpful but since unpacking the kitchen and having our joiner starting to fit it we have found some many issues with the kitchen and getting ignored by them now.

Paid extra for custom paint colour and at least 75% of the doors are chipped in some area. Paid for an custom cupboard for my oven which they've just sent a filler piece for, which isn't even correct size so when cut down will have a raw edge. Rails scratched and damaged. Cupboards doors not straight, I know there is some adjustments within the hinges but joiner says this is more than that. Was advised I didn't need rails for wall units but I do so have had to order and pay for despite it being their mistake telling me I didn't need them.

They expect you to unpack and inspect every piece on delivery which for me was physically impossible due to them being stacked to fit in garage by delivery driver - who by the way wanted to deliver at 6am. Furthest he would push it back to was 7am which was impossible for me to get my builders here to help unload. Regardless of when it was unpacked half these issues still wouldn't have been apparent until you started fitting it but they are still taking no responsibility.

They have stopped reply to my emails. Asked for photos but then not replied or tried to rectify any issues.

My joiner has been fitting kitchens for years and has never seen anything like it and we will both be advising people to avoid.

Edit: I replied to your email on the 21st, and then followed up with emails on the 23rd and 28th of March.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at kitchens collect for my dream kitchen. The service I received was outstanding!!! from the design to all the little extra touches that I would not of thought off nothing was to much trouble, always friendly and on hand to help me.
The quality of the kitchen is amazing!!!! a big plus is that the units and drawers come already built. From the appliances to my quartz worktop Steve was always there to help me, I’m very fussy and he took so much time giving me ideas and helping me get to my final decision and the end product of my dream kitchen,
I would highly recommend this company,

I had actually forgotten this terrible company, if they had not reminded me themselves of what an awful experience I had with them when they had trustpilot contact me in these days in an attempt to have my negative review removed from their website. So here goes a second negative review on google too. KEEP CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered kitchen, payment requested upfront. They got the order wrong by at least a dozen items, delivery was in bits and pieces, delayed and spread in a period of no less than 10 weeks, with half items delivered unpackaged, scratched, missing pieces or defected. Once they received payment (all asked upfront, a month and a half in advance), they literally disappeared. Dozens of phone calls and emails to received no answer, and whatever the issue it was not their fault. I still today, at a year’s distance have an incomplete kitchen. I would have taken them to court if it weren’t for the costs, and the thought that with the way they work, they might actually go bust before actually refunding me.
EDIT 14/2/23 - kitchen collection’s answer simply goes to further support my feedback on their terrible service and attitude towards clients.
Instead of learning from mistakes, they continue exactly on the same page as they gave done the whole way: they lie, find excuses, and don’t take any responsibility for their disgraceful service. For example, I never stated or asked for a design. They simply messed up an order; I never changed a single thing on my order, they simply repeatedly delivered (at a painstakingly slow rate that took months on end) wrong and defective items; I never asked for a different height, I provided (in writing) the ceiling height and the specific that I wanted a floor to ceiling kitchen and they forgot this when preparing my order; yes, I did have to order extra parts as they had completely forgotten them when preparing the order on the design provided; and yes they did have contact with our architect, who had to chase them with dozens of emails and calls, as they were not answering me on the phone or by email.
Don’t believe the FAKE REVIEWS they have on google. This review comes out of the fact that they actually tried to have my negative review on trust pilot taken down, and have managed with some clients who had placed negative reviews on TRUST PILOT and refused to disclose their full details when kitchen collection notified their negative review to trust pilot as they did with mine. They are a disgraceful company and I can provide further details to anyone thinking of using them. Avoid, also considering they ask for full payment to then disappear into thin air in terms of fixing their own mess of a service.
By the way, they DO NOT PROVIDE AN INVOICE on any appliance bought with them, so you will inevitably have issues with guarantees. Dozens of emails sent, and I still today have not received invoices.
If you really like their kitchens please take notice that they are simply RESELLERS for U-FORM, and I would suggest you check UFORM's website so as to find more trustworthy resellers.
I am attaching a couple of photos of our kitchen, 14 months after order and payment, showing just a part of the many still missing parts that kitchen collection either ”hadn’t thought about” in the preparation of our order (full design provided), or provided defective, and never substituted.

Top quality. Great value. Excellent service.
We could not be happier with our new kitchen and it was well worth getting it delivered from Hampshire all the way to Cornwall. Kitchen Collection have the best selection of natural wood doors we could find on the internet or anywhere else.
The cabinets are sturdy, the doors are designed with quality in solid oak and everything arrived perfectly just as we'd ordered.
In addition we were able to get the carcasses made with pale interiors but wood-effect front edging at no extra cost.
We found the angled units to be a great option for the 'end of a run' in our design, coming in at about the same price as a conventional unit but providing the benefits of a curved unit that would have been much more expensive.

Congratulations to Steve and his team on a magnificent showroom and warm welcome. It was great to see so many options in one place covering all budgets. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand as and when we needed them too. We gained lots of inspiration and new ideas for our kitchen and will start the planning process with them later this spring. In the meantime we purchased some of their lovely accessories for our home. We will be back very soon for sure.
