We commissioned Kitchen and Bathroom Creations to renovate a shower room, a bathroom and modernise our kitchen by replacing the doors.

Gavin talked us through the options and he was very professional and knowledgeable, which made the process easy and enjoyable. The bathroom fitter Adam had amazing attention to detail and the level of professionalism and finish is second to none. He worked very hard to finish the work on time and went out of his way to come up with solutions that made the end product look fantastic. Neil visited various times through the fitting process and checked that everything was on schedule and to our expectation.

Every touch point with the business has been professional, caring and considerate, even down to the delivery of the products from Mark or speaking to people within the head office. I can’t recommend Kitchen and Bathroom Creations enough to anyone that is looking to renovate within their home.

My wife & I came across Kitchen & Bathroom Creations quite by accident & arranged for a visit to our home to discuss options for renovating our bathroom. We received good practical input & felt very happy, from the outset, that the company had a professional approach. Initial plans were produced & costed for our consideration following which we met on a number of occasions to refine the design to include our preferred choices. Nothing was too much trouble. However the “magic” at the end of the day lies with the fitter to create the product & we are delighted with the result. A first class service.

WARNING - DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY
because they can't be bothered to keep the appointment made to come and measure up for a complete bathroom refurbishment plus kitchen unit door replacements. We phoned the Bedworth store the following morning and were told the Salesman who should have come out was not around but someone would ring back later. 7 days on we are still waiting. By this time we have found a completely professional company from Longford, Coventry who couldn't do enough for us. We will be doing business with them.
