We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Richardson Bespoke to transform our outdated bathroom into a stunning, modern family space, and we could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire project was managed seamlessly by the KR team, who took care of every detail with professionalism, expertise, and an incredible level of care.

The process began with a fantastic design phase where we were guided through all the options available to us. Kevin helped us select the perfect units, tiles, and fixtures to create a space that was not only functional for our busy family but also visually stunning. They took the time to understand our needs and lifestyle, ensuring every element of the design was both practical and stylish.

What made this project particularly complex was the decision to extend the bathroom by incorporating a cupboard space from a bedroom to create a spacious walk-in shower area. This was no small task, but the KR team handled every aspect with meticulous attention to detail. Each stage was expertly managed, and we always felt reassured that we were in the best hands.

A huge shoutout to the incredible tradespeople who made this transformation possible! Sonny, the plasterer, did a phenomenal job in creating the perfect finish for the walls and ceilings. Brent, the tiler, is second to none – his work is flawless, and the attention to detail in the tiling has made a massive difference in the overall look and feel of the bathroom. Graeme, the electrician, provided expert electrical work, ensuring that every light, switch, and fitting was installed to the highest standard. John, the plumber, was fantastic—he came straight back without hesitation when a small valve issue needed fixing and had it sorted in 15 minutes flat. We also had plenty of help from Michael, whose dedication and hard work made such a difference in keeping everything running smoothly.

But the real star of the show was Mark, the project lead. Not only did he oversee every step of the process with precision and expertise, but he also went above and beyond in ways we never expected. Early on in the project, we were away for a few days, and when we returned, we found a thoughtful note from Mark letting us know exactly where things stood. To our amazement, he had even made sure there was milk and butter in the fridge and bread in the bread bin – such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the care and attention the KR team puts into their work.

The end result is nothing short of breathtaking. Our new bathroom is absolutely stunning, and we can’t stop inviting friends and neighbours over to have a look! It has completely transformed our home, and our three lads are absolutely loving the new space. It’s stylish, practical, and so well put together that we still find ourselves admiring it every time we walk in.

Finally, a massive thank you to Kevin himself – the ‘gaffer’ who made this all happen. He has built a team of true professionals who take immense pride in what they do. More than that, he has created an experience that was not just stress-free but genuinely enjoyable. We felt involved, valued, and reassured every step of the way.

We recently hired Kevin Richardson Bespoke for a full renovation of our newly purchased bungalow, and the result is nothing short of incredible. This project was a complete overhaul—essentially a rebuild—including central heating installation, a new kitchen, bathrooms, electrics, plastering, and extensive building work. They also removed old wardrobes, the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the wooden flooring in the living room. The transformation has made the bungalow feel like a brand-new build.

Kevin’s team, led by Mark and supported by Dan, with Michael and Byron assisting, was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time, courteous, and respectful of our space, making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. They communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout the project. Any issues that came up were handled with great professionalism, always explaining the options and the impact of potential changes. For example, when we decided to lower the kitchen units after they had already been installed, they handled it seamlessly.

What stood out to us the most was how they went above and beyond what was originally agreed upon. Small but meaningful touches, like mounting our TVs on the wall, were done without any fuss, even though it wasn’t part of the original plan.

At the end of the project, there were a few minor snagging items, but these were quickly addressed. We’re confident that if anything else arises, Kevin and his team will be back to take care of it.

All of the team who worked on our kitchen were incredibly polite, respectful and tidy, including the subcontractors.
