I highly recommend Artur and his company KBB Master for any bathroom works you need. We required a full refit of our bathroom, scrapping everything and replacing as new. Artur and his team made the process incredibly smooth from the get go, helping to provide detailed 3D imagery with measurements and appliances we were deciding between as well as tiling so we knew exactly what we would be getting ahead of time. From then, he helped to order the parts and bring to our flat and up the stairs saving us a lot of effort.

His team are very qualified and were able to expertly navigate our old and small bathroom, taking extra care to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. It is very rare to not have to ask a tradesperson to re-do something or to keep a close eye on their works, but in this case there was no need. The work was flawless. This included waste pipe management, installation of all appliances, pipework, skimming, levelling the floor, walls, ceiling, electrics installation and tiling. Artur and Vanya were beyond doubt fantastic in everything they did and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. It also looks amazing (see pictures). Lastly they also ensured communal areas and the flat remained clean, cleaning up at the end of each day and removing all waste.

I was looking for bathroom fitters based London to do a large scale bathroom renovation including stripping out existing, knocking through to an adjacent room and reinstating original window openings.

KBB Master Builder Ltd came to do a site visit and helped me to define the scope of work, design the layout and identify fittings and fixtures. They provided a reasonable and detailed quote for the work and fot the items I had chosen.

The work was completed very professionally and to a high standard. They were very communicative throughout and tried to keep the disruption caused by the work to a minimum. I was very happy with their approach and with the final outcome.

Artur and his team at KBB Master Builders Ltd have been outstanding. They helped us transform our bathrooms into luxurious havens. From start to finish they were responsive, attentive and professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and minimised noise when we worked from home. Nothing was too big or too small for them and not once did we need throw more money into the pot because of ‘unforeseen’ works. Most importantly their workmanship is top notch (I have yet to spot a fault with their work). We’ve had our fair share of dodgy and unreliable builders in London but I can definitely say it was worth paying a little more for these guys. They are genuinely master builders and clearly take pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be using them for our future renovation work.

KBB Master Builder Ltd, Artur and his team refurbished two bathrooms and replaced 4 windows for me. The 1st floor bathroom I replaced the shower and window and repainted, loft bathroom was repainted and window replaced and in the loft bedroom I replaced both windows. The job took 9 days and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and the whole experience from start to finish has been really smooth and Artur has kept me informed throughout. In the 1st floor bathroom the shower was replaced without damaging the underfloor heating and only one floor tile needed to be replace. I could see how careful he was being and the high quality of his workmanship. The team was remarkably tidy and kept dust / dirt to a minimum. When they left they cleaned and ensured each room was immaculate. I'm loving my new bathrooms and windows. I would be happy to recommend Artur and his team.

KBB Master Builder Ltd, Artur and his team (notably Misha) renovated not 1 but 2 bathrooms in two separate pieces of work recently. We were quite specific as to what we wanted, at the least a bathroom that would last for many years, using quality materials and good workmanship. That was what we got, as the stripped both rooms back to the bare walls, and replaced all pipeworks. We then watched them painstakingly waterproof and install all necessary materials and fixtures. Our many questions were answered in detail, usually in person.

The works was excellent. Some minor snagging was dealt with promptly, and the end result has made us very happy.

I would not hesitate is recommending, and can certainly talk about our experience in working with KBB Master Builder Ltd, it ALL being a great experience.

The KBB team are brilliant. Artur really listened to the things we needed. We asked for a bathroom to be added to an awkward loft space and he bade it happen. He made sure we were able to live comfortably in our house during the works with high functioning dust screens and attention to tidying everyday after the workers left. He was honest and gave good advice along the moths-long journey. When issues came up he was prompt to respond. His entire team works to the same standard as Artur. It's tough to choose a building company when so much time, money, and disruption to domestic life is on the line-- KBB is a good choice.
