The end to end service from Just Add Water was fantastic. Josh did a great job of translating our requirements into an excellent design and from this he helped us to select some innovative products. Once everything was delivered we had a few minor issues with missing items but Dean stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. The installation is now complete and we love our new shower room. Many thanks to Josh and Dean for always going the extra mile.

Highly recommend a visit to the team in the Barnet showroom - Ian was brilliant helping me choose products and getting the right mix of quality and price. I had 2 bathrooms replaced and am delighted with the results. I used a fitter recommended by Just Add Water - Mentor Tusha of BluFlame - who (along with his team) was excellent and who I’d also highly recommend.

We had a mixed but ultimately disappointing experience with Just Add Water.

Our initial consultation was great, and Ian was fantastic in helping us design our new bathroom, especially as we had only vague ideas of what we wanted. We put the order on hold for a few months until we had our fitter booked, to start late January. We spoke to Ian and were reassured if we ordered everything before Christmas it would arrive in good time, so we placed the order in mid-December.

In the run up to the work starting we hadn’t had any communication from JAW. After chasing them it became apparent that some items hadn’t arrived, but we were reassured they would be there in time for our fitters. The week our work started, we received most of our items in one delivery, but the delivery drivers refused to bring items into the house and simply left them on the threshold, leaving my partner having to carry heavy boxes in by himself. Thankfully, he managed to persuade them to at least carry the bath into the hallway so he could close the front door.

There was still no sign of the missing items and no proactive communication from JAW, and we had to chase a number of times to find out what was going on. It turned out to be a supplier issue, which was not JAW’s fault, but they let themselves down by not addressing this earlier or offering any alternative products or a solution beyond “you need to wait”. The items did eventually come into the warehouse two weeks after they were supposed to arrive. We had been promised immediate delivery but were then told we had to either drive to Enfield ourselves or wait 2 more days for delivery. By this point the work had been put on hold because of JAW’s delays, so our fitter had just purchased alternative items so he could actually do the job. I then had to go back to JAW to get a refund and return other items that were now redundant, which was another hassle.

While I was trying to get the delayed items, JAW made me feel like a nuisance that they’d rather not dealt with. Both my partner and I also felt they were quite rude and defensive when we simply wanted to know when we’d get our items. We were keen to use JAW to support a local business and take the stress out of our bathroom renovation, but things were actually a lot more stressful than if I’d just let my fitter order directly from another supplier. Overall, really disappointed.
