Having searched everywhere online and plumbers merchants, the lovely owner of this place managed to find replacement tap heads for my 50yr old bathroom suite and a new long thread for my toilet flush in minutes. This is a bogus company, please be warned. They "may" take an order they "may even" take your money, but they are NOT contactable, I’ve made more than 25 telephone calls none of which have ever been answered and no voicemail! I have also tried using their contact system on their website, I have had no response or reply at all. Avoid at all costs

Such a thoroughly decent man to deal with. We went to look at a replacement basin but unfortunately when we got home it didn't match what we needed . David gave us a refund straight away without any quibble on our return.
We also found David very helpful at our time of visiting.

It does appear from Companies House that this company appears to be dissolved. If true (hopefully not) this is a great shame as like previous reviewers I agree that David was a first class chap always helpful and friendly to try and sort out problems that I gave him. He really was exceptional in finding solutions so different to many retailers these days who often cant be bothered to even reply.
