Literally the most amazing company - had an issue with delivery options at checkout, I got in touch with Mihaela on the customer service team, she upgraded my delivery free of charge I did offer to pay and also pushed my order through the operations team, communication was so smooth and fast over the Christmas period which you don’t really expect but Mihaela really went above and beyond for me. Amazing customer service team so quick and efficient whilst also dealing with you in a personal way but remaining professional. 10/10 would recommend. Love the jewellery!

had a bracelet bought for my birthday and within weeks the enamel had come off the charm. As it was a present i did manage to send picture of receipt but my friend that bought it lives nowhere near me and i was told only option is to take it back to shop at the other end of the UK from where i live. Ridiculous

Poor service from Joma. Forgot to send my item, then when they sent it, it was lost by DHL. I had to chase Joma twice to find out what was going on. Now they tell me the charm isn’t available. Due to the delay in them sending it out, I can’t get a replacement present for my wife’s Christmas present. They were very good at responding to my emails and have issued a refund. I wouldn’t use them again.

Super impressed. Ordered ‘a little’ bracelet as a gift with three charms. Extremely good value for money the bracelet is beautiful. Was posted and arrived within 4 days. Personalisation on the gift card/note and gift bag are beautiful and a bonus that they’re completely free! Couldn’t recommend this brand enough.

Do not order from them online
Very slow shipping. twice I emailed with a question on neither occasion did they answer the question, just a generic response....infuriating! Better to buy from a store and get some service.
