Having delayed having a new kitchen fitted as so many people seemed to have problems, we couldn't have had a better, stress-free experience with JMI. From the very first design visit we knew they were an excellent company and all the way through they were impressive. Their replies to emails/phone calls were immediate and they outlined a schedule before work started and they stuck to it. All the tradesmen were really friendly, considerate and efficient. We would have had no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot recommend this family run firm enough! From start to finish they have done a fantastic job for my elderly father. The initial consultation and site visit was excellent with everything explained with detail. John knew exactly what was required and the showroom visit was brilliant. I was so pleased that they were prompt efficient friendly and very tidy. They started on time and finished on the date expected. They have restored my faith in tradesmen and cannot fault them as a firm. Thank you very much!

We have just had our kitchen remodelled by JMI. The result is excellent. Their design has led to better use of the space and the finish is outstanding. All the artisans working on the kitchen were exceptional. Helpful, professional and extremely talented; willing to answer questions and give advise. I would not hesitate at all in recommending JMI to anyone who wants a professional job done, on time and on budget. I can't thank them enough for the quality of the final product.

We were looking to get our cloakroom refitted (totally stripped out and replaced).
JMI helped with planning, selecting and installation of replacement furniture after stripping out and re-plastering.
Communication was great: we knew who was coming and when and they all arrived on time!
The work was carried out to very high standards and we're delighted with the finished product. Everyone we came into contact with were professional, friendly and involved us in all decisions required.

JMI have done 2 bathrooms for us, and recently a new kitchen and utility room.
The kitchen/utility is very good quality, and all the projects have been done to an excellent finish and at competitive prices.
The whole JMI team, and all other trades arranged by them, were good to deal with, and were always responsive.
JMI provides a turnkey service - for us, they removed the old kitchen/utility, took a wall down, all electrics and plumbing, full replaster, all fitting and finishing. The end result is top quality.
I would highly recommend JMI.

We chose JMI to plan and complete our bathroom and kitchen projects after recommendation from a friend.
Rather than have a month of disruption we decided to have both jobs done together in two and a half weeks which, although chaotic at times, was very well managed by JMI.
Everyone we came across was very helpful and professional and we are very pleased with the results.

I would like to thank your team for the excellent Bathroom & Cloakroom refurbishment carried out at our rental property.
Both rooms now look amazing and we are extremely pleased with the high standard of finish.
We have been very pleased with the end to end process, quotation, planning and installation and we were very happy that you could complete the works in such a short timescale.
