James renovated our family & master bathrooms, very much to our full satisfaction. The quality of work is unmistakably perfect, as James’ eye for detail is 2nd to none. With a very likeable and pleasant personality, James is willing to patiently listen to suggestions and discuss options. He is always responsive to ideas if he considers it feasible. He often puts forward his own valuable suggestions, which are most welcome. He is also punctual and will keep you informed if he is going to be late. We have had a good experience with James and his completed work to both our bathrooms has been admired and complemented by close friends and family.

Being perfect in his work, the project can sometime overrun, as James wants to get everything right. However, this is at no additional cost to the customers, as James agrees on a contractual time period basis and he fully abides by that.

I have no hesitation and would be extremely happy to use James again for bathroom renovations.
