We visited Fresco bathrooms ...met Tony ,who allowed us to browse around the showroom without hassling us ...which was good.When we finally approached him to discuss what we wanted...it was as if we had known him years ... really friendly and knowledgeable.We made a follow up appointment to choose our fittings etc ....I think we spoke to Donna ? She was really patient and understanding when I was dithering to choose and in the end ...was spot on with her suggestions ...our small shower room looks amazing...all thanks to Rick...our brilliant plumber and all the lovely staff at Fresco.... Highly recommend this Barnsley firm

The experience has been Gold Star - when we initially visited the showrooms my husband and I were really happy to be told have a good look round - if you need any help that’s my office. We liked that approach- no pressure to buy. When we did discuss what we wanted we got objective advice- we were given options. When we made our choices we were provided with a computer generated view of what it would look like. We were given choices about who fitted the new bathroom and we chose to go with Lee who the company recommended. Lee was a gentleman and a gem. He has done a fantastic job. We moved out while he did the work and this arrangement worked really well. I would recommend this firm to anyone- the quality of service from all the staff we interacted with was first rate and I now have the bathroom I wanted. Thank you

Amazing from start to finish. From the day I went into the showroom the customer service was fantastic, it was as though I'd known them for ages. Nothing was any trouble and they listened to what I actually wanted and gave sound advice and suggestions until I was happy with my order. They gave me a number for a plumber, Ricky, who was also fantastic. Polite and hardworking, I even felt comfortable leaving him to work whilst I went out for some fresh air ... I highly recommend Fresco Bathrooms and if I do need another bathroom in the future I would go straight there, no messing.

I have had various bathroom projects, to which they flawlessly advised me on. Some of which were awkward shaped rooms. They also passed on the details of some great bathroom fitters, which were very accommodating to my needs.

Called in here early November for ideas and a quote. Lovely bathroom furniture but never received a quote. I called & checked email details, all correct but still not received quote received by 5th December so went elsewhere. Shame really! But…. my new bathroom does look Amazing!

We have used Fresco for three rooms. The main bathroom, the en-suite and the downstairs cloak. Tony has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His advice was invaluable and he came up with ideas that we wouldn't have thought of. Nothing was too much trouble, he even opened the show room especially for us on Sundays. There is a wonderful choice of furniture and fittings and we can't recommend Fresco highly enough. Wouldn't use any other company. The fitter he recommended was equally fantastic. I love my new bathroom! Fixtures and fittings from fresco lovely friendly helpful people that work there tony, alison, and keely are the ones we met and Lee Tate the fitter i cant praise enough he did an amazing job hard working and friendly explained everything he was doing and kept us up to just at all times, thank you to you all i highly recommend this companyx
