The initial consultation helped us to see images of how our bathroom would look in various designs and configurations. Being able to actually see real samples of the bathroom fixtures and fittings in the well equipped showroom also helped. The team helped us to filter ideas down when we were unsure. We were given space to make our decisions.

The bathroom installation team were very professional. The first action was to put carpet protector down before they even went upstairs - always a good sign of proud workmen. They had a reasonably small space to work around and were respectful, moving their equipment back into the bathroom every evening so we were none the wiser that there was work going on.

The installation team were dedicated to the work on our bathroom until it was complete. They communicated well and built a good rapport with us. They managed our expectations about what would be happening when. They consulted us at regular stages to ensure they were accurately following the design.

Work was completed in just over 2 weeks from commencement. All rubbish was put into a skip and the skip was removed before the installation team completed.

We would highly recommend Janus Interiors.

Just had the kitchen completed by these guys - very impressed with the end result. A few hiccups along the way but they went out of their way to sort them out and made sure that I was happy with the outcome (which I was). A special shout out for Ian who did the installation of the actual kitchen units - very impressed with the high standard of his work and attention to detail. If you want quality, above average service and a personal approach then Janus are the company to go for. I strongly recommend them.

I sent an email to the company requesting contact to quote for fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms. Two weeks go by and no contact made by email or phone. I complete the online form at this point and again no contact for a few days. I then called and left a voicemail.
No call back however I received an email saying that I'm outside of their area (despite only being 25mins from the showroom) and to look for someone local. I queried what areas they cover in case there was any confusion over location however to date I have had no response.
I cant comment on quality of work but the initial contact has been very poor considering we were looking at spending a significant amount

Tried calling all week on 3 different number and no one answered or returned voice mails. Drove over and it was all locked up.

We used this company initially for a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There work was excellent. The plans were drawn up with detailed print outs and designs. When the work began they were on time, all aspects done and completed according to schedule also, not one of those nightmares you hear about thankfully. The products installed were and are of a high standard as well as the workmanship and fitting. We were so impressed we decided to replace our other bathroom and use them also a short time after and once again received the same fantastic service. Several friends and people we know committed on the work done and have used and been in touch with Janus to do the work. I would use again and totally recommend them and their personal service to anyone.

We're delighted with our new bathroom from Janus. Rick and Michele took time to understand what we wanted and changed the plans a number of times to get to a price and spec we were happy with. They then squeezed the fitting in at short notice. All of the fitters did a great job and left the house nice and clean too. Would definitely recommend.

We have just had both a new bathroom and kitchen fitted by the fabulous team that worked so hard to get them done before our first Christmas in our new home. Michelle and Rick did an amazing job designing our new rooms, and everyone that has seen them have said 'wow' and 'what a difference'.
We can't wait to work with Janus again in 2022 for the second bathroom!
