Wouldn't bother with this company. Had kitchen fitted last March with faulty/damaged worktop. Had supplier and manufacturer visit and still not resolved. Extremely poor aftersales service and this from the JN of JN Kitchens Julian Narborough. Although I see he rates his service 5 star

Update - it took many phone calls and emails for this to finally be resolved. Worktop replaced a year after the original kitchen finished.

Had our kitchen refitted in early January 2020, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. From the initial visit to the showroom to the finished product they were patient and very helpful. The guys that fitted it were helpful, friendly and courteous and have made a fantastic job of it. If you are thinking of having a new kitchen done, I would highly recommend JN Kitchens.

We went to jn end of August 2020.we were very interested in purchasing a kitchen from them. When everything was ready!! We had an appointment for the Saturday morning. Spoke to sales man he took photocopy of plans measurements etc. We looked round at what kitchens they had in showroom. Salesman said we be in touch with price kitchen plan. That was 2 months ago, never heard anything back from them!! Not really the way to run a business. If they weren't interested why not just say. Too busy not for them!!! Not good not to let us know either way. Very disappointing in a company that has been in lowestoft for a good number of years. Maybe they won't for much longer if they treat all possible customers with no respect. Not impressed.

I wholeheartedly agree with Sue's review! I managed to get a 'home visit' but several months later, a dozen or so calls and several online requests, I'm STILL waiting for the quote.
They are always "working on it" . . . . if you don't want my business J N, why not just say so!!
