Friendly efficient service at reasonable price when my phone battery died. Able to replace battery the same day. Offered to hold phone to test for a day or two which could have been useful, but I declined as needed phone and the battery is working perfectly. Also reassured me that changing the battery wouldn't lose any data, which a mobile retailer had told me it would - it didn't. Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
