Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. Great service for a small company like our own. InXpress recently helped us navigate and manage a large delivery to the USA from the UK. The expertise from InXpress was invaluable as we had not managed such a large and expensive delivery before. Exceptional service from Chloe once again when she organised the urgent shipping of a document to Spain for me. She has also assisted in the shipping of a large number of hampers over the past couple of years and an extremely valuable package I had to get to the USA quickly and safely. There is no one else I would trust with any of these shipments.

Nothing is too much trouble and the best bit is that she is always at the end of the phone to help (which in my case is a lot).

Chloe and her team at InXpress have been a revelation. Their attitude, attentiveness and customer service are all first-rate. They make themselves available, always willing to help and undertake that extra bit of effort to resolve any issues if they occur. They are pro-active in their communication. Let's be honest, with any delivery service, errors do happen - it is how these errors are dealt with that show up the professionalism of any company. InXpress are right at the top of their game. Add in the fact they are very competitive, and it is a no-brainer for us to continue using their services.

On a side note, DPD have recently approached us with a very enticing offer. We have declined even though it would save us a few percentage points, because InXpress deserve our continued loyalty.

Brilliant service from InXpress Cambridge from start to finish. David handled my query well from start to finish and even helped to track down the DHL driver to make sure my parcel was picked up at short notice after a little confusion with the pickup date. Would highly recommend InXpress, will definitely be using them again in the future!
