I’m not one to write reviews but I have been very impressed with how my bathroom renovation has turned out.
From the moment we stepped into the Invent bathrooms showroom, Zee looked after us. He arranged an appointment to come over to measure our bathroom within days and made the whole planning process seem less daunting and as seamless as possible. He made sure to be very thorough, was very professional and friendly. He also provided advice as needed and every little detail was discussed during planning.
We also used their recommended fitter Waldemar, who was also outstanding and did a brilliant job. Although he struggled to communicate in English, this was never an issue as he managed very well using Google Translate. He was very neat and tidied up after himself every night. He would let us know of every little issue he came across and would ask us to take decisions on every little detail. We love the outcome!
The follow up and overall customer service from invent has been outstanding. I would not hesitate a second to recommend them to anyone.

Recently visited Invent Bathrooms in Bolton, where we met Bernard, who advised us regarding removing our bath and replacing with a walk in shower in our bathroom. He provided excellent advice that offered options we were not aware of. We together produced a specification that came with a very competitive price, and a start date with one of Invent Bathrooms installation teams. The work started and finished on time and the installation guys, co-ordinated by Ziggy, the owner, were most polite, efficient, professional, and left everywhere clean & tidy during and after installation. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Invent Bathrooms along with their preferred installers.

If you need a new bathroom just go straight here! ! I would so recommend Invent Bathrooms. Not only did they help me bring some of my ideas together, they were patient when I made a few tweaks and changes as I went along.So knowledgeable and professional but friendly too! Always there if I needed to discuss anything at the end of phone or email.
I achieved the look I wanted, in fact it’s better than I thought it would be and I just love the end result. Everything was purchased from Invent including tiles, the choice was amazing and even if not on show they can source things for you! I actually wish I had another bathroom to do now!

From start to finish our experience was amazing. They listened to what we wanted and knew how to make that a reality. Nothing was too much and there was no pressure to get anything or buy a specific thing. We changed a few things like the colour of the wall and they were happy to help. They recommended a brilliant builder to install and the whole bathroom was installed in less than 10 days.

I highly recommend this place. Bearnard and Owen will look out for you and offer advice that meets your needs, even if it results in you going elsewhere. They genuinely place customer needs above potential sales. We recently fitted a new bathroom, and Invent was terrific. They looked after us with excellent customer care. I was calling daily at one point, asking for advice and placing orders at the very last minute. Invent ensured we got next-day delivery with most of our orders as they understood time was an issue as the builders were already in our home. They also considered that we were on a tight budget and offered white goods suited to our needs and budget. I wish I had found this place sooner as we ordered our bath and tiles elsewhere, and there were so many issues with our tile and bath suppliers that could have been avoided if we had ordered everything at Invent. If I ever have to do a bathroom again, it will be with Invent, as their service and goods are to an excellent standard. Benard and Owen know their stuff, and they are lovely guys. We Purchased a radiator, sink, taps shower, a mirror and shower screen and are very happy with our purchases.

We would like to thank Owen and his team at Invent bathrooms for the excellent and friendly service. We have a very small bathroom but Owen designed a bathroom for us that managed to fit everything we had asked for, all at a reasonable price. They made everything so easy for us, nothing was too much trouble. We would also like to recommend Greg, a great guy who did our installation. He was tidy and considerate whilst doing the renovation. He was very particular with all aspects of the job making sure everything was done to complete perfection and his work was second to none. We would recommend Owen and his team to anyone that wants a professional service.

I found the sales assistants in the shop very helpful and very patient, as I spent a good few hours in the shop trying to figure out the style of bathroom I wanted and hadn’t a clue. Owen was wonderful and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. I called up over the phone with more queries after my purchase and again the team were wonderfully helpful. The recommended fitters were also good.
