Impressive and super happy with this company! I was stressing out moving my stuff (boxes only) from Ireland to the UK. Alex who was supporting my move was super responsive, answered all my questions and made the process super simple! He also offered help when I was asked to pay import tax (which was by mistake) and dealt with the matter. Everything arrived perfectly fine at the destination. They delivered my boxes from Finland to the UK in seven days (including Christmas), whereas the removal company who moved me from the UK to Finland had taken 5.5 weeks and charged much more. I used them for my house move from London to New Zealand. While packing we ran out of boxes and Mitch sent us 10 large boxes for free with tapes and a plastic cling wrap. I have used Last Minute Parcel twice thus far shipping large antique trunks (4 in total over 2 shipments) from Europe to the USA.

Mitch and his team are terrific! They provide patient, professional and prompt service in taking care of everything needed for international shipping; including arranging pickup with 3rd parties (non English speaking in this case) and taking care of all the customs paperwork, etc. He also provides excellent communication and peace of mind sending along shipping updates as they happen.

All of this had been done with attention to helping me get the best price possible for shipping. As an artist with limited means this is very important for me.

I recommend Last Minute Parcel unequivocally if you are looking for excellent service that can be counted on as I have and will continue to do.
