I really really want to like this shop. I like what they sell and feel it is important to support local businesses. However the staff really didn't seem like they gave a damn about my custom.
I have been there multiple times and bought things and each time I get the same cool response. I don't expect shop owners to be my best friend but when you can't even get a feigned enthusiastic response over your purchase you kind of lose faith in a shop and wonder why you didn't buy the product slightly cheaper online.

I have purchased comics from Infinity and Beyond since 2015. I used to visit their retail store in the Charles Darwin Centre in Shrewsbury, and since they moved to an out-of-town unit instead, I have purchased by mail order as well as from their eBay store. I have also visited their unit to collect orders from time to time. Owners Paul and Tracey always make me feel valued as a customer, and we chat over coffee when I call at their unit. They have shipped comics for grading to CGC in Florida for me, and I have been very happy with that service. Highly recommended comics and comic-collectibles store!

Right, I'm gonna just say that there was no were to park at all.
Drove all the way 100miles round trip, and had to turn around because no parking spaces.
Also your sign is way to small, if I did not look at the photos I would have driven passed.

Not sure what can be done but it was a real shame.

Store is nice and filled with a great collection of individual issues and some trades. However the older woman working the counter(till) was rude and unwelcoming to myself and other customers. Also got a sense some prices were open to her "discretion". Exactly why comic shops have a bad name in the general public

The lady is pretty rude, has been on several occasions. Has told me the wrong information atleast twice(told us she didn't have something in stock over the phone and wouldn't get anymore, we went in a few days later....it's on the bloody shelf) I had a few things in my hand to buy, I asked a question.....didn't like her attitude in her reply. She went and sat back down so I didn't buy them, I stood at the till awkwardly for a second then put them back. Just ordered them online. I'm sure iv spoken to more helpful and friendly staff before however she is not one of them. Rubs me up the wrong way each time. She appears to make things up instead of saying "sorry I don't know, I'll find out".
