We have recently just had a bathroom completed by Ideal Home Improvements and we are every impressed with the outcome. We entered the showroom with a rough idea of what we wanted and Steve made it happen. He had so many great ideas we hadn't even thought of and talked us through it every step of the way and was so friendly. One of the things that sold us about Ideal Home Improvements was Steve's brillaint idea with a cupboard we couldnt open properly and now we can!Then when it came fitting, the fitter Gerry was amazing! He was so patient with us when we asked those 'silly questions' he had the time to talk us through the job and did a fab job at that! The outcome exceeded anything we could every imagine! Thanks again for all you hardwork and a brilliant job!

Ideal Home Improvements – a proper local business.
We called in speculatively on route to see another bathroom supplier.
As soon as we outlined our thoughts to Steve (the business owner) he was more than thorough in his approach with us. His combination of vast experience and up to date product knowledge helped us find the solution we needed.
The price was competitive and the quality of goods excellent. However, whereas all of these things are fine what really makes a business stand out, is the aftersales service.
When we needed additional help, Steve went the extra mile and provided it. This type of support only comes from a local business that cares about its customers.

Having to replace the kitchen which my late husband fitted years ago was really hard.
My brother reccomended ideal and I definitely chose the right people.
From the first call to the last visit they were exceptional.
Attention to detail is incredible. They were patient and never pushy.
I met with Steve to go through options, I'm not any easy customer, takes me ages. But it wasn't a problem and Mike's design was beautiful.
All of the trades people were brilliant. Electricians, plasterer and bricky all very professional and genuinely nice people.
Mark was my fitter. Its a long time since I've seen such a hard working meticulous person.
He even cut out of the plaster something my husband had written so I could have it framed.
There's not many places where the customer is made to feel like they actually matter.

Can’t fault this place , was recommended by a friend and from start to finish these guys were great . Mike in the showroom designed our kitchen, which was a complete make over from lighting to flooring , all electrical work and plastering . Mark who ripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new one was fantastic but so was the plasterer and the electrician . Top marks

I just love my new kitchen and bathroom which were carried out by Ideal Home Improvements. It has transformed the area and given me much needed usable space. The works were carried out by reliable and professional staff and I would like to thank Steven, Mike and also Mark for his hard work and especially for his special attention to detail as the rooms are amazing and just how I imagined them.
