Ideal Concept have done a lot of work in our house - 2 new bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms, our kitchen, basement and loft. Also a new central heating system. I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of the work is extremely high and Leszek, the owner, has very high standards and wants to get everything just right. Reliable and trustworthy and very nice to deal with.

We wanted to refurbish much of our house including kitchen and bathrooms but also involving work in the attics, an extension and a new boiler. Ideal Concept were recommended to us by a friend. Leszek and Justyna listened to our ideas and, having built up a good mutual understanding, we were guided by them through significant building works as well as the more standard boiler, bathroom and kitchen work. They helped us understand the Council requirements and Building Regs which was not something they normally have to do - but is an example of them taking responsibility for the works. Everything was done to a high standard and there was flexibility as things developed - nothing was too much for Leszek. When, inevitably, a few things cropped up which could not have been anticipated, Leszek calmly took us though the options in a positive and creative way - he is not one to give up! We were kept informed as to cost and timing throughout - there were no surprises. We valued Leszek's advice and experience in some areas where we would otherwise have gone wrong. The finished work is excellent and I very much recommend Ideal Concept to others.

We had a problem with our boiler and it had been turned off by a serviceman from another company who just said "we don't do this repair" and walked out and left us with no hot water. We rang Ideal Concept and Leszek came out the same day to look at it.. He went away to get parts and kept in contact to let us know where he was at with things. He was back the next day and stayed late into the evening to get the job finished. He came back a couple of days later to check everything was working properly. We were thrilled with the service, and the repair, and would definitely recommend Ideal Concept to anyone.
