I visited branch to get some documents certified and was surprised by the service. I got the certification done in matter of minutes, thanks to Mr Rokothaman who did a brilliant job. He also got my UK account opening sorted out quickly.

One suggestion would be to have a documents courier service to the India branches as this type of service is available with other banks.
