RUN!!!

One of the worst companies I've ever come across, got my bathroom done and used there worker which was within the price, the second he leaves and 3 months of us having issues such as leaks, cracks and mould we contacted Ibath who then told us we wasn't in a contract with them but Dave ( who was an Ibath worker ) due to the fact Dave has left they can't do nothing ?! I've spend 13 thousand. I'll be going to citizen advise to get this issue raised.

I phoned over 15 times to speak with the owner ALAN, nothing has be resolved. This is all fake reviews I know 3 other families with the same story!

I find it extremely funny how this company is stating they did not install our bathroom when I have photographic evidence of your worker Dave doing our bathroom. Not only are they thieves but liars too!

Also would like to add our bathroom is NOW getting done by another company ( less than a year later from your rubbish company ) !

I had a terrible time with this company who took my money for some panels that were delivered but i was unable to get them up the stairs. I purchased them in November 2019 and it took till February 2020 for them to collect after me phoning every other day. Then I had to wait until November 2020 for a refund after phoning every other day. Then they took a 25% restocking fee that was not mentioned on purchase or on the quote or when i asked for them to be collected. He was then rude to me as I lost my temper because i could not get my money back from them.

Took my elderly mum their for a new bathroom suite, & shower/panels tiles/bathroom storage mirror. A lady called Mary was so helpful, patient & kind at helping match styles, & colours of shower panels & tiles together. Saved my mum £800 & was delivered on time & to room we wanted. Quality products, great price & service. Thank you

I bought a radiator 4 years ago from this company. It had a 10 year guarantee. It has since cracked and is faulty. I have sent many emails and rang this company many times on the number listed here but am unable to get through. Please can someone let me know a contact number where someone will pick up so that I can process a refund with you? I have been trying to contact you for at least 8 months.

Never buy from this company as whatever you buy from them comes with many missing parts. I made the ultimate mistake buying a P-Shape Bath from this sham of a company via eBay and have lived to regret it! First the legs from missing and they were denying it so I had to get eBay involved to get them to send them to me and when they came there was one missing so I had to go buy 4 legs from B&Q for £26 as you can't just buy one! Then there's elastic that goes under the P Shaped screen to stop the water getting on the floor when taking a shower and apparently that costs about £10 or so to buy from Screwfix! I'm not going to even bother to mention the fact all the screws were missing a well! Terrible company please please please for your own sanity AVOID these people!

I would recommend ibath Sheffield to anyone… They were very helpful and went out of there way to please. The fitting of my new bath was to a very high standard of workmanship and the quality was excellent too and a fantastic price. Will be back to get a new bathroom for my rented property. Thanks again for a great service.

Here you are Jane Cartledge here's five stars for you. Seems as though you are so desperate for good reviews that you get a group of virtual friends, not people who you have met but Facebook friends, to review your business as though they know you.
Remove my wife's details from your disclaimer as you know full well she doesn't care enough to write you reviews, let alone make fake accounts.
Your obsession with her is concerning to say the least, but it hasn't been an issue until you put our address up on here for all to see. That isn't your information to give, and any negativity that may arise from you putting my address up on here, you will be held personally responsible.
Cheshire police have confirmed again that your lies are exactly that, there is no investigation and never has been against my wife.
Confirmed as lies by Cheshire police, I'm sure you will have another long winded rant left in you so feel free, but my wife Kathryn Davis is nothing to do with your reviews she certainly hasn't stalked or trolled anybody.
I always ask for proof, and a group of menapausal women jealous of one women's fearless and brave approach to life, for being a genuinely amazing person, isn't proof in my eyes.
So here's five stars from me, as a gesture of pity for the disgrace of a human being you are.
