I was nervous about using this company, although I found the tiles I was looking for on their website, a lot cheaper than local tile shops in the North East. This was not because of anything I had heard, but because I hadn't heard of or used them previously. I am really pleased to say, having dealt with Antony throughout (all members of staff were helpful and lovely) my mind was always put at ease, and the tiles arrived in perfect condition this morning. We called on Hyde Park tiles with a view to just having a look. The staff could not have been more helpful. Finding out our requirements and showing us many options.

We decided upon a tile, gave them our measurements and then we were able to agree a price. As we were not ready to have them delivered they kept them in storage for us. We then realised we needed some more called them and they were only too accommodating adding them to our order. We were on holiday when the tiler wanted delivery, they spoke with Hyde park organised delivery and all was sorted. We are very pleased with the quality and final result.

We visited Anthony's showroom and he spent time with us in order to help to choose products including tiles for our ensuite and kitchen. He has an excellent range and it was easy to find exactly what we were looking for. Covid requirements were taken seriously and we felt very safe in the showroom.
Our plumber, tiler and electrician have all commented on the quality of the products and how easy they were to instal.
We are over the moon with the end result and feel we are showering in a 5-star hotel.
Anthony communicated very well throughout the buying/delivery process - he got straight back with answers to the couple of queries we had.
We cannot recommend Anthony highly enough and would not hesitate to use Hyde Park for any future requirements.

Absolute quality, recently had my kitchen and bathroom refurbished and purchased all the fittings and tiles from this company, they were remarkably friendly and nothing was too much hassle . I couldn’t of been happier with the end result and neither could my wallet. I would recommend this family run business to any family or friends looking for tiles or to change the whole kitchen and bathroom like I did. * 5 star satisfaction.
