Just had a new kitchen fitted, from Howdens , North, Lincoln. The materials are beautiful, the kitchen looks absolutely spectacular, and the staff are amazing! Dan, who designed the kitchen, did an absolutely perfect job, and nothing was too much trouble. And the staff on the front desk are so kind and helpful! It’s a pleasure to go in there! 😊🤩

Our experience with Howdens has been great, all the team are friendly and helpful but in particular we worked with Josh. Josh was prompt at coming out to measure our property and even got us in for the design appointment within 24 hours. Josh listened to everything we said we wanted at the measure appointment, and so at design stage there was little amendments to be made which we were really impressed with. Despite having had some imperfections (out of control from Lincoln Howdens), Josh has been proactive in getting these resolved for us and we are over the moon with our new kitchen. Thanks again Josh

If I could leave 0 stars I would - after being booked in for a kitchen measure and design, Josh was late to the appointment and didn't pre warn us of this. It has now been 2 weeks since this and we haven't heard nothing back from Josh regarding booking us in for a design appointment. Despite me calling him for the first week and being promised designs which have never come?!

Was going to be charged £30 for £10 thumb lock I've previously bought from another howdens. Mentioned this to the guy and he took lowered it to £28.
