Exceptional customer service, kitchen planning was easy and took into account our ideas, planner Peter made great suggestions. Offered a follow up appointment and nothing was too much trouble for Peter when we wanted to tinker with a few minor aspects of our design. The units and worktop are excellent quality all delivered really quickly and again follow up changes to a few sizes for the units was accommodated. Over and above what we could have hoped for, highly recommended!!!

I recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens, Martlesham and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. The kitchen itself is stunning and at an affordable price point. The process from design through to purchase and delivery was outstanding and this was mainly down to Peter who guided us through the entire procedure. His knowledge is exceptional and he was so helpful, professional and an absolutely dream to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to call Peter at Howdens, you will not be disappointed.

Thank goodness for Mr Cordozo the Assistant Manager , he made the whole process easy and problem free. Nothing was too much trouble. He was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. If you need a new kitchen, go to Howdens Martlesham and ask for this true gentleman.

This place used to be brilliant but I feel the service has gone downhill. Some of the staff unhelpful and bordering on rude. Wont be suing in the future.

Found the right kitchen and all questions about it were answered fully, can't fault the gentleman who helped me, yes it would be more helpful if more thing's were on display but some how with the aid of a catalogue I was able to muddle through....
But it is nicer if you can touch and feel what you are buying, otherwise you might as well buy on the internet, if it wasn't for the fantastic help I received that's probably what I would have done as there are some absolute bargains out there.....
