A total utter waste of time. This incident occured a couple of years ago but even today it makes me angry. Do not use this place.

I sent all my requirements to the branch and they ensured me they would price the kitchen for me. A week later I contacted them to ask for an update and they hung up on me! I then called them back and received the most insincere apology saying "they weren't sure what happened"... To this day, I have no idea why they came and took measurements and then failed to communicate further, despite multiple attempts on my part.

Avoid Howdens. Or specifically, this branch. Run by unprofessional cowboys.

I was in desperate need of help for a very time sensitive project, and the team at this branch went very out of their way to help me. Everyone was very friendly and they didn't have to help me, but they did. Excellent customer service. I am very grateful and would recommend working with Howdens.

Great measurement service from Mike, but after travelling in to finalise the design when it came to trying to obtain a quote from Duncan all fell silent and despite follow up emails still no response. Poor customer service means we’ll be going elsewhere.

Had to chase Duncan multiple times over a few weeks to get a first kitchen design. The first plan included none of the spec that we had discussed on the phone because he lost the information, and again I heard nothing back after chasing a few more times. I don't recommend this branch, but ended up going to a different Howdens and recieved great service.

Terrible aftercare and customer service. Our new fridge went wrong within months of purchasing and Howden's were very slow to get the problem fixed during a very hot summer. It's as if they put as at the bottom of the pile and I was left struggling with a young toddler while heavily pregnant having to go to the shops every day for well over a week. Not impressed at all at their lack of empathy, customer service and problem solving abilities. Should have been a quick and easy fix.
