We’ve had lots of problems: missing shelf in unit, boiling water tap malfunctioning, drawer handle falling off, over ordered plinths returned with no refund. Despite several contacts, none of these problems have been resolved.

Very helpful staff, I was surprised with the manager he helped me load my worktop by himself, very helpful.It was my first visit to this branch because my Bow branch didn't have the items thus had to go there to collect, I definitely will go back there if I work around that area.

Me and my wife won’t to look at some kitchen units for our new home. We were great by this amazing individual calls Sam. He was extremely professional and attentive to our queries. He guided us through process and spend a lot of time with us. He is a great listener and always had can do attitude. Sam is an asset to that branch. So next time you visit the braking branch ask, for this lovely young man and you won’t be disappointed.
