Tiles are so expensive & just saw this place by chance. Good selection of lovely tiles and very reasonable compared to most places. Such a great friendly lad let us bring tiles home to show builder & decide on right colour. He Even carried it out to the car. Great friendly service. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing service by Chris, friendly polite and went above and beyond in hunting down a bathroom tile that was sold out but I had my heart set on.

Prices are reasonable and good quality. Great range of tiles that are stylish, classic and current trends. Some really lovely units and a wide variety of mosaic.

Delivery was fast and the driver Kyle called before hand, which saves waiting around and even helped get them inside, what a star!!

Great representation of the store and ill be back for more tiles for my kitchen!!

Ended up here on a whim and so glad we found this gem! The warehouse isn't much to look at, BUT the stock is fantastic and the customer service is second to none. The guys here are amazing. Absolutely no hounding you, but more than happy to helo if you know what you want.
We had been looking and debating on a bathroom style for nearly 6 months before finding what we wanted. The guys here were so patient (even when I went back a week later after getting a quote and changed bits and pieces).
The prices are crazy low - we got a similar quote for a similar bathroom from B&Q and Easy Bathrooms and the Hot Tile quote was AT LEAST £2500 LESS than the others.
They delivered, only downside is they don't have a dedicated fitting service however they did give a name and number of someone.

Just had my wetroom done with tiles from hot tiles and its absolutely fabulous also the guy at hot tiles put me on to Petrak tiling and they have done a great job thanks so much
