Went here to mainly look at the bathroom and kitchen showrooms. Amazing service. Exceptionally friendly staff. Could've had more showrooms, though, and there were no toilets...

Store is closing down (not surprised) was looking for a large black storage box which we didn't purchase as it was overpriced in the sale then reduced to going price... Fake sale alert.

I come in here mainly for the post office, but over all this shop and post office is very busy, the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful and a good stock of products

Store seemed to have everything I needed. Would have been better if a staff member (called Pete I believe). didn’t shout at me. I’ve been aware of him before but thought he was just having a bad day. Seems it’s his default setting. He tried to fob me off to B&M so he didn’t need to help. He’s not a good image for Homebase.

Those prices for a closing down event, haven't piqued the interest of the maddening crowds yet. Labelling is somewhat touch and go.

We bought a kitchen from Neil - he was very laid back and I didn't feel under a pressure. He understood what we wanted and didn't try to push us into any big changes or more expensive purchases. He was also flexible with fitting us in at short notice. I am sure our kitchen will last but I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
