Having just had HKS refurb my shower room, I had a great experience from start to finish. They were able to design and advise which products would suit the project, then able to install and decorate to an exceptional standard. Really impressed with how friendly and approachable everyone has been, and they have all made a potential stressful process into a very easy one. Will certainly look to use them again for future projects.

We have just had our Kitchen, Utility Room, Cloakroom, Bedroom and En-Suite refurbished completely by HKS (who had done them previously too). About 8 weeks start to finish for everything. Although they are at the more expensive end of the scale they were completely professional, courteous and really user friendly from design through implementation. In the last 6 months HKS have built fitted wardrobes in our Guest Room, completely refitted our Master Bedroom and En Suite bathroom and installed a completely new kitchen, including all new appliances.
They have wonderful attention to detail in the planning phase and only employ craftsmen (rather than just tradesmen) during installation. They also resource top quality products which saves endless research.
A new kitchen is the most complicated room in the house because of the vital co-ordination of all the various trades involved, to prevent annoying delays between one trade finishing and the next one starting. The whole kitchen project flowed seamlessly with no delays.
HKS also have a culture of excellent communication during every phase of the project, which they also expect, and receive from their craftsmen.
It has been a pleasure working with them during this major
re-furbishment of our apartment and we will use them again on the next phase.
We have no hesitation in recommending them for any job, large or small.

Very happy with our new kitchen. From design to installation HKS were brilliant throughout. Units and installation both of a high quality. Even though ours was probably the smallest kitchen ever, the attention and response we got was always exemplary. There were some issues due to the small size of the kitchen, these were dealt with by Nick the Installation Manager in a thoroughly professional and prompt manner.

We had a great experience using HKS for our bedroom re-fit. The whole process was very good from start to finish. Matt the designer was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process easy. Nick the Installation Manager was very helpful in giving advice for the best use of our unusual shaped wardrobe recess. Sean the fitter also gave us great advice during the installation and completed the work to a very high standard. We had a follow up visit to ensure we were happy with the work and a lovely bouquet of flowers! HKS also completed a couple of extra after sales jobs for us which was very much appreciated.

The products themselves are of a very good quality. We chose the sliding doors (a dream to open and close!) and also purchased matching bedroom furniture. We would definitely use HKS again. We have already told our neighbours and friends how wonderful HKS are!
